President Barack Obama's uncle has been charged with drunken driving in Massachusetts and is being held by immigration officials.
Onyango Obama was arrested last week in Framingham after police said he made a rolling stop and nearly caused a cruiser to strike his SUV.
Police said that when asked if he wanted to make a phone call, Obama said: "I think I will call the White House."
A spokesman for Cleveland immigration attorney Margaret Wong, who is representing him, confirmed that the 67-year-old is the president's uncle.

Carter was known for his outlandish public behavior. For example, he once urinated on an airport runway in full view of the press and dignitaries.[1]I kinda like the guy, God rest his soul.

Wikipedia doesn’t explain quite how Billy managed to land that weird sinecure, but doubtless his brother’s political influence had something to do with it. Billy didn’t care, it was money (some say a cool 2 million), it was green, and he could spend it on hick luxury.
A lingering question in my mind is whether Ted Kennedy ever got drunk on Billy Beer?

What aren’t they telling us?
Is Uncle Oyango’s new lawyer, (complete with spokesperson) the same Cleveland-based Margaret Wong who represented Obama’s other illegal relative, Auntie Zeituni, in 2010?
