Sources say ATF Acting Director Kenneth Melson is being moved out of the top job at the Bureau. It's not yet publicly known where he would go, but sources inside the Justice Department believe one option is a transfer to a position at Department of Justice headquarters. The Justice Department had no immediate comment, and did not confirm the move.
Melson's move would be another in a number of high-level personnel shifts, as the Inspector General continues investigating the so-called gunwalker scandal at the Justice Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.

Now he is being gagged and told to shut up.There was also an article that showed the ones who testified and said I DON’T KNOW about Nothin (like Obama and Holder did) got cushy DC promotions and office jobs and one of the agents that whistle blowed testified was fired.

The headline should say Holder resigning awaiting a court hearing of obstruction, it doesn’t. The star witness has been moved to Holder to shut him up.Obama will never fire Holder and 75 high ranking government judicials could call for Holder to step down he won’t and the media will cover and black it out. i beg your pardon for not being informed on this subject, but if he’s already testified in secrecy, and in public, why are the Reps not doing anything with the information they received?
These people need to be in jail — not “reassigned”.
