I heard the other day, I think Star Parker on the DANA Radio program (97.1FM talk, EDITOR Big Journalism), that 50% of all Adult Africa America Males are employed by either local, state or federal government. As local government cut jobs, this demographic will be hit the hardest.

Cuts are very unlikely. In history, the only federal agency that has had a major draw-down was DoD, and even then civilian job-loss was kept to a minimum. More often than not, the government just pays people to go away.
