Coddling Illegals

Border: An administration that conducts raids looking for illegal wood rather than illegal aliens signs partnerships with foreign governments to advise these aliens of their rights. What part of "illegal" don't they get?

Right on the heels of enacting the federal Dream Act through administrative fiat, the administration of President Obama, specifically Labor Secretary Hilda Solis, on Monday signed "partnership" agreements with ambassadors from a group of Latin American nations aiming to protect what she described as the labor rights of both legal and illegal migrants working in the U.S.

This ceremony marked the signing of partnership agreements with the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and El Salvador, joining Mexico, Nicaragua and Guatemala, which had signed the agreement previously.

So while the administration works closely with foreign countries to promote illegal immigration, it takes border states like Arizona to court when they try to protect their borders and enforce our immigration laws.

Partners in crime would be more like it. According to the Immigration and Nationality Act, "employers may hire only persons who may legally work in the United States (i.e., citizens and nationals of the U.S.) and aliens authorized to work in the U.S."

The Labor Department itself on its website says the INA only protects "U.S. citizens and aliens authorized to accept employment in the U.S. from discrimination in hiring or discharge."

Yet Solis seems to have amended the law on her own, saying at the signing ceremony, "No matter how you got here or how long you plan to stay, you have certain rights."

What gives this woman authority to sign agreements with ambassadors, on our behalf?

You know, to me, the coddling is more political correctness bullsh$t. I had to pay my way and do everything I needed to do to become a permanent resident. Handing a free pass to an illegal alien for a vote for Obama is one more kick in our border’s buttinski.

Unfortunately it’s not just the Obammunists who have been doing this.

Dubya and his wing of the GOP were hell bent on granting amnesty and it took a revolt of angry voters to stop it. And from what I’ve read Perry shares Dubya’s infatuation with illegals despite his recent hard line comments.

Undoing the mess that these Marxists have made will be one hell of a job.

You got that right....US citizens are being reduced to second class citizenship. The Third World is at our doorstep.

=========================================

WE NEED TO ASK THIS OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO ANYONE WHO'LL LISTEN Why is it border violators get their so-called "rights defended by their home countries, the US govt, and a succession of US presidents and candidates. And not even our own govt is protecting the interests of US citizens?

News reports say Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Peru are conspiring to collude with The Anti-Defamation League, The American Civil Liberties Union, the Southern Poverty Law Center and several other civil and immigrant rights groups to infringe on US sovereignty to make our laws as we see fit. The co-conspirators filed a federal class-action lawsuit against Georgia's alien crackdown law..... and are now asking a judge to halt the measure pending the outcome of their case.

===========================================

Latino orgs putting out vast amts of propaganda——touting their so-called voting strength. This is patently phony——the voting numbers include huge numbers of fake identities latinos buy up like they were fritos corn chips...........every identity cashes in on the US gravy train........and votes.

The Mexican govt which hopes to have access to billions more in US aid (especially if latin-lover Perry should get elected). We need to be very suspicious as to where US candidates' campaign financing is coming from.

==========================================

FREEPERS, CUT THESE PEOPLE OFF AT THE BORDER---START THIS IN YOUR STATE Most Americans are appalled that their sacrosanct vote might be compromised. Usually each state's Secy of State handles voter irregularities. Send letters to names on the voter rolls---requesting proof of citizenship, place of residence and SS #---advise that those who do not present proof will be stricken from the rolls. And get plenty of publicity to force action. The FEC should be alerted to voter fraud by the so-called “latino vote.”

CONSIDER THIS Organized latinos WANT us to think they are numerous to facilitate their political agenda. Fact is most of these people have numerous identities.

They get SS nos for anchor babies and use the nos themselves to suckup numerous US govt freebies using multiple identities. Illegals are more likely to be collecting government checks than picking crops, despite the incessant latino propaganda. Illegal Jose Madrigal, the Washington state rapist, had some 30 identities. Another illegal (one of many) collected $3 million in UI checks under multiple identities.

Illegals are well-briefed on US law WRT getting on the gravy train----most of the US tax dollars they score are sent back home to Third World hellholes where they intend to retire.......as the US govt checks keep rolling in.

"Impoverished illegals" buy identities like they were doritos .....the "poor" aliens lay out several thousands of dollars for each identity.

Oakland Police Dept Mug Shot: Mishel Caviness, Hayward, accused of
running a large-scale operation devoted to stealing people's identities.

HAYWARD, CALIFORNIA -- A Hayward woman has been charged with numerous felony counts for allegedly running an identity-theft operation that created fake Social Security and California identification cards, checks and credit cards. Mishel Caviness, 40, was arrested after an investigation by Oakland police and the U.S. Secret Service.

The probe began when an Oakland city employee reported in January that someone was fraudulently cashing her checks, according to police Officer Ryan Goodfellow and court records. Caviness was identified with the help of surveillance-camera footage from Bay Area stores, police said.

A search of her apartment on the 21000 block of Foothill Boulevard in Hayward last week uncovered a printing operation capable of making fake checks and credit cards, police said. Also found were 900 blank credit cards, personal information belonging to as many as 1,000 people, blank checks and computers, police said.

Alameda County prosecutors charged Caviness with forgery, identity theft, forgery of a driver's license and grand theft. She has a previous conviction for welfare fraud and told police that she is disabled and unemployed. She is being held at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin in lieu of $325,000 bail.

THE LUCRATIVE PHONY ID BUSINESS---TEXAS STYLE

NORTH BERGEN, NJ -- July 21, 2006 -- Pelcastre brothers, Angel and Jorge, Dallas, Texas, were a walking threat to US national security, expert document forgers who, for a few thousand dollars, could give anyone a new identity, L/E said. The Texas brothers turned a NJ hotel room into a business office and were readying a massive cache of fake Social Security cards for delivery to a local NJ identity broker.

The Texas brothers were a "one-stop shop" for a myriad of fake US documents, including birth certificates, Social Security cards, driver's licenses for any state in the US, passports and resident alien cards, said state police. Officers happened upon two cars bearing Texas plates in a NJ hotel parking lot. Authorities wouldn't identify the NJ hotel by name for fear it would spark retribution from savage drug cartels operating in the US.

The Texas brothers were followed to a NJ office supply store nearby where they purchased computer supplies. Officers then followed the Texans to a NJ storage facility in Secaucus, NJ, where the Texans loaded several boxes into a car. One of them stood lookout. L/E approached the Texas brothers when they returned to the NJ hotel and questioned them separately. The Texas brothers consented to a search.

Police recovered laminating sheets with built-in security features, pages of blank documents waiting for fake names and information, finished documents, computers and software to create the fake IDs.

All told, the haul was worth about $500,000 on the street. Police also recovered $6,000 in cash, which was the first payment from a NJ fake document broker for a shipment of 500 fake Social Security cards. ####

Thanks for the ping Liz. They must think they are an aristocracy who can not only ignore laws that congress passed, but also enforce laws that congress refused to pass (dream act, EPA regs.)

Gangster government.

Liz, I wish the blind eye to all this only involved the Democrats in our nation. This matter has a very very low priority for most folks here. As for the Republican party, it’s on the side of those who seek to turn this nation over to North, Central, and South American interests outside our nation.

Eh..., no big deal really... seems to be the mantra.

It’s one of my top priorities. Compromising our nation, is not an option for me.

May I add Agenda 21, New World Order, United Nations, Sharia, Islam, CCW permits, DADT, Federal Reserve, Patriot Act, COOL ID, TSA, DHS, term limits, Free Trade Agreements, etc. to your list? IMO, every one of these items needs to be removed from our culture or major changes made to the rulings permitting it.

Yes, you’re absolutely right.

I realized when I cut that off, that I could have gone on and on and on.

Your additions are welcome, and I agree with you completely. Add it it if you like. We should get it all out there.

This is the stuff most ‘Republicans’ fail to understand, when we state that both parties are part of the same problem.

I may yet find a problem with the Tea Party, if they wind up being Paul’s little gimmick, and they start going after the military budget beyond what is reasoned.

Until that time, I think they are the best chance we have of really turning things around. Reagan set back the plans of the globalists by a decade or more, IMO.

Imagine what a Bachmann White House, with a Tea Party domination of the Republican side of the total majority of the House, and a simple Republican majority in the Senate could do.

We would be able to lop off the head of most of this stuff. We could roll back Leftist/Globalist legislation a number of decades.
