You may be on to something there. Maybe he will use some portion of Obacare or emergency powers to grab some of that idle capital say IRAs, pension plans and 401(k)s. The Obots' problem it would be hard for even a Democrat to vote for extra money while we are AA+.

Washington has already spent 14.5 trillion dollars they don’t have, oh ye of little faith.
