Fact B: Many of them are hard to work with.
Fact C: Many Employers have learned facts A and B the hard way.
My apologies and extreme sympathy to blacks that do want to work, and are great to work with.
Here's a relevant story: I used to work at a liquor store managed by a middle-aged woman for for some reason was suspicious of people with beards. One day, against her better judgment, she hired a clerk who wore a beard. "He seems like a good enough guy," she told me. About a month later the guy absconded with the money in the till, never to be seen again. "That's it!" she told me. "I'll never hire another fuzz-face again!"
One large electronics recycling company I used to work for east coast’s facility believed that if enough are hired and fired, a business can run.
I was one of three white guys there and probably one of two that wasn’t a jerk or whatever. To make a long story short, all that got me was driven off the very job I was strung along for since I was the only one with said qualifications. The guy who replaced me with another favorite the AA (two faced) manager hired lasted 4 or 5 months with one fired for stealing.
I’m not sure if I would believe the charge considering the veractity factor of managers company wide. A prime example would be the head of internet sales telling me as policy to press capacitors down and clean them up and mark as fixed. Then said units were sold to unsuspecting Ebay customers.
