Probably a misprint. They are supposed to cover the whole event. FOX, MSNBC, and CNN are to cover her speech only.
Re OReilly FOX poll
“Announced Or Unannounced, It Doesn’t Matter,Sarah Palin Is The Front Runner” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gz-_ZuBH80A&feature=share
What makes you think she doesn’t speak during that two hour block?
Let’s hope today is the day tha changes America’s future.
Sarahis needed becasue she, more than nayone else, is fearless in taking Obama and the Dims on, she isn’t corrupted by the DC bubble, and she will restore American values.
The Democrats are the enemies of freedom.
Sarah is our Esther—for such a time as this.
..she still may have a little more time before she absolutely has to announce, but I just want to see Gov. Goodhair knocked off the news for a day—so do it now...
Why should she give up her strategic advantage?
To make it "fair" for the RINOs and 'Rats?
Palin is coming, and the Tea Party is coming with her.
Which is exactly why I want to watch on C-Span. I don't need to hear all their commentary. I just want to see and hear Sarah for myself, before, during, and after her speech.
The networks notoriously start their coverage late and cut away the moment the last word is spoken. Then they spin, spin, spin. (...after a million commercials, of course.)
I'd rather play Leslie Caron to your Louis Jourdan, if you don't mind, LOL.
Definitely works for me......LOL

Iowa Tea Party rally organizer Ken Crow eats crow over Palin drama
That would cover 2 dudes, can you be more specific? ;)
Because the schedule is listed as 11am CDT - 2PM, (see first post on the thread) which makes it a 3 hour event -- Noon to 3pm ET. And her speech is at the end.
Maybe there is a glitch somewhere, but I am just going by the schedules as reported.
The weather is going to be a major concern. Thunderstorms moving into the area. (Perhaps apropos!)
O, happy day!
..that’s been his nickname in Texas for a long time—the other guy from Mass. is irrelevant IMHO...
Peter Hamby big thunderstorm moving through Indianola. Palinistas running for cover.
CSPAN is running some programs regarding labor.
They just finished with Sec. of Labor Hilda Solis. [I turned it on about 45 minutes into her interview.]
She was talking/blaming gridlock for the economic situation. She also said during the Obama Term, they have created 2.4 million jobs, even though they only managed a few thousand the last few months.
[And she said it with a straight face. They have repeated the lies so many times, they actually believe the lies themselves.]
Next segment has Fiscal Times Senior Editor, Yuval Rosenberg. He says the economy needs to be adding at least 130,000 new jobs per month just to attain the break-even point, but things are going alright because consumer spending is good.
Caller complains that businesses are sitting on bundles of cash and refusing to hire people. Rosenberg agrees with caller. [He fails explain that buinesses are apprehensive, because of the uncertain business environment.]
Rosenberg says the last stimulus did create 2.9 million jobs, but the money could have been spent better.
[I can’t listen to any more of this clueless propaganda.]
It is like Peter Singleton said last night at the C4P meet-up:
Sarah is the only one with the COURAGE and the VISION to lead this country right now. Someone piped up with: And the record!
Singleton also said: This is not about Sarah, it is about us [the people] but we need a leader.
Couldn’t agree more!!!
Battle Hymn of the Republic—very bellicose, hmmm?
My bet is October around Columbus Day.
love your signature quote! :-)
IowaPolitics Pouring rain at Tea Party of America’s “Restoring America” event in Indianola. People huddled under umbrellas, under media tent.
The front row of the media tent seemed like a good idea, but rain making its way in here. Computer getting wet. All this to see Sarah Palin.
We really need a ‘like’ button. :)
We really need a ‘like’ button. :)
That FNC poll was hinky from the get go. Why poll registered and not likely voters, eh? Snort.
Oh, you people are still all over this crap?
Outstanding sig !
I don't believe this poll, if it exists, is an accurate reflection of Tea Party sentiment.
People are believing the media - that if she runs she hurts the party. So that poll is a reaction the media spin.
But I guess I can't complain too much, I've still got a job. The company (Lowe's) shut down seven stores last week and cut 1/3 of the senior management staff company-wide.
Because they'd get the same results, that's why.
But single out Sarah, and it looks like it means something.
@RealClearScott Palin supporters will say they are not prima donna race horses. They are mudders who can grind in the muck.
Yeah there’s going to be a small window....real small....but darn I still wish i was there!
Just a thought....if Sarah is speaking at around 1:15 Central time, what time is that in Alaska? Didn’t she say she’d announce on a radio show that does morning drive time?

C-SPAN crawler says they will carry live at 12:30pm est
C-SPAN pushing back live coverage to 12:30 p.m. EDT, 11:30 a.m. CDT.
In case you’re interested, it’s on C-SPAN, channel 27, starting at 9:30AM, which C-SPAN’s crawler is saying is an approximate time. Since the event is live, and they’re having some major rain, that could be causing a delay. It’s a 3-hour event, Governor Palin is the last speaker on the program, and her speech is said to be 30 minutes long.
Wouldnt want to risk CSpan having to cover a prayer, or a Pledge of Allegiance or anything “radical” like that! /s
It was already stated beforehand Palin would NOT announce at this event.
