Thanks cripplecreek, well said.
Is that why Karl Rove has been dissing Rick Perry forever?
I agree she should of jumped in before Perry, but interestingly the polls actually show she draws support from Romney and Bachmann, and has no affect at all on Perry’s support.
Maybe you can explain why nobody has the courage to notice that Perry’s communications director is married to Mitt’s chief Texas fundraiser.
Au contraire. Far better to let the fabricated Perry buzz run its course.
I don’t like Perry for a number of reasons. But he is really angering me the way he and his handlers inject him into everyone else’s parade. How much money is he paying to feed the poll machines? Gotta be a lotta bucks. But that is the mechanism he’s using to appear to dominate the news cycles.
Care to name them?
RINO puppets of Tokyo Rove they are.
Ray and Leslie Sullivan.
And yes they are a married couple and I’m sure like all followers of Rickstinanity, you see no issues there.
Pure hogwash. You should stick with your policy concerns with Perry's record as opposed to conspiracy theories imagined by raving lunatics.
Perry and Romney's First Face-Off: if ever two candidates saw each other as Exactly the Kind of Guy I Don't Like, it would be Messrs. Perry and Romney. Mr. Romney's people see Mr. Perry as a dopey Texas barbarian. Mr. Perry's people see Mr. Romney as Northeastern, elite, effete and opportunistic. If they go head to head through the fall and winter, their contest could wind up looking like a scene in "Raging Bull."
Perry and Rove.
Romney and Rove.
RINOs all -- Tied to the navel of Soros and Sharia.
Misogynists working together against Gov. Palin.
Nothing to worry about really as Mitt isn’t going to raise much money in Texas at all!
Here’s the story!
Doesn’t sound all that sinister to me!
Thus proving my point.
You may go now (that’s a brush off BTW)
'People' have noticed it. Many read the story of the timeline, the actions, the decisions, the expectations, etc. and conclude this was not pre-conceived or pre-meditated.
Others see conspiracy EVERYWHERE. Boo!
Watch what happens sport!
And don’t be too surprised when Sarah endorses Rick Perry!
Don’t worry, I didn’t accuse you Rickstians of having the courage to face reality.
Sarah Palin is Fred Thompson in a skirt, just better looking, more energetic, smarter, but the same tease -- and guess who is going to be left "holding the bag", her supporters who are still waiting and will still be waiting for her to jump into the race Nov 1, 2012.
>>it seems shes on at least one of their shows every weeks.
And you would know this, because...
...you’re one of Useful Idiots who eats the bread and regularly attends the circus?
Yep. Sarah missed her chance. Go0 Michelle Bachmann!
Oh please, she signed with Fox News as a contributor and is on one of their News or Business channel programs constantly. Fox is most certainly not "anti-Gov.Palin".
Why don’t you have the courage to put a warning label
on your post -or advise cripplecreek- that you are
quoting Peggy Noonan the Obamaphile.
Obviously, Noonan will do anything to protect
RINOs or Obama or Romney. Worthless as a reference.
Oh please, you should get out more, FRiend.
The impression was made on independent FReepers,
on Sunday after Sunday morning (and at other times),
that the FOX moderators (not all) and panelists
(nearly all -and their spouses) work for, dream of,
and endlessly pimp Milt the Magic RINO.
It really doesn’t matter to me. I do my own research and don’t trust any campaigns.
I cannot think of a more vicious remark about anyone! Sarah Palin is about as far from that phony globalist Fred Thompson as the East coast is fro9m the West coast! And right now I am for Michelle Bachmann.
FNC moved from the right to the s=center about four years ago when it hired “Whore-aldo, Rove, etc. There are still many delusional conservatives who believe it's conservative and watch it daily.
Wish you were on our side for this one, AAA. But we'll get you sooner or later ... ;)
cripplecreek said: “Perry and Romney are working together. They’re ideological twins with intermingled campaigns. Any attacks on each other are pure show.”
You really need to find out more about Perry. Cripplecreek cannot be more wrong to claim the above.
Perry ‘s Blunt Views in Books Get New Scrutiny as He Joins Race
“Rick Perry, the governor of Texas, believes that climate change is a “contrived, phony mess.” The federal income tax was the “great milestone on the road to serfdom.” And the Boy Scouts of America are under attack by “a radical homosexual movement.”
Mr. Perry also thinks that senators should be chosen by legislatures, not the people. And he says that Social Security, the retirement program for the nation’s elderly, is a “failure” enacted during a power grab called the New Deal and is “something we have been forced to accept.”
When it comes to health care, Mr. Perry writes that President Obama’s legislation on the subject was “the closest this country has ever come to outright socialism,”
However, she knows the people in politics from her liberal vantage point and makes observations about them. Doesn't mean she's always wrong on what she observes.
You can't argue against her observation that completely demolishes your half-witted conspiracy meme so you choose to ignore. Where's your courage?
“She endorsed him for Governor. Was he NOT a crony capitalist then”
Sure. He was the lesser of three evils. I do not know if she knew his complete history or not. Because she endorsed him does not mean she endorsed everything he did. Nor does it mean she would endorse him for another office or against different opposition.
Endorsing someone for dog catcher does not mean you endorse them for the Supreme Court. This is not higher math or quantum mechanics. I can explain it to you, but I can’t make you understand it.
You’ll also notice, they always refer to Perry Campaign rhetoric for their arguments. Its like dealing with Obamabots.
I’ll have to assume that’s your response to post #66. Completely lame.
For the record, I want Sarah Palin to join the primary race. It’s silly, and desired by the Left, for conservatives to argue between these two. I once was concerned that it might help SlickMitty but I don’t see that any longer. If we end up with Palin or Perry, it’s all good. It means Willard is beaten and Zero is next.
If she gets the party nod (which I don't see happening) I'll be joining you and we'll be high-fiving - just like old times.
The more likely scenario however is that you'll eventually be joining me in pitching Perry and we'll be high-fiving - just like old times.
I will vote for Perry but will work for Palin. I like him, but he is my 3rd or 4th choice. Doubt Palin cares about polls at this point. They are useless as ____s on a ____.
Pray for America
You would do well to assume I’m not wasting time with reading your posts.
Roger that. Don’t worry I don’t accuse you of having the courage to face reality.
I'd prefer Perry on the sidelines. No open borders RINOs.
Astounding, isn't it. We will see how they react once they see her war chest after the first week of announcing.
The MSM and Fox lies about Sarah. The elites are deathly afraid of her.
Perry is a more solid and electable candidate. Frankly, he'd make a much better president and Commander in Chief as well.
That said, I'd certainly support Palin if she got the nod. It wouldn't be the worst thing in the world, but I just don't see it happening.
They knew each other through the RGA before she campaigned for him.
If she gets in the race, IMO, it won’t be to win but, to make some big bucks.
He may not be everything we would wish for on illegal immigration, but calling him an open borders RINO is misinformation - i.e. false witness.
I think the PEOPLE are picking Perry. The evidence is just too overwhelming. All republican profiles prefer him. Young, old, rich, poor. The only exception being women. Women tend to look for a safety net and this is just normal. And why Obama did so well. Women are you reading this??? haha
And you would know this, because...
...youre one of Useful Idiots who eats the bread and regularly attends the circus?
I would know this because they regularly promote her appearances, jerkass.
Pray tell, WHO among the announced candidates is better than Perry that HAS a shot in the world of beating Obama?
“If she gets in the race, IMO, it wont be to win but, to make some big bucks.”
Wrong again, wolfie.
Is this the PDS fallback position now that it is obvious that she is getting in? You will be singing the same song as the band is playing ruffles and flourishes, after she says “So help me God”, on the steps of the Capitol in 16 months.
You clowns kill me. You act as if this election is a silly show like the academy awards.
This is a fight for the survival of the Republic, and you should be concerned with that above all else.
If you truly believe that the same people that have pulled the Lucy act on you so many times, can save the Republic, then you have become willfully deluded in your thinking, and the Republic is surely lost.
If you care about saving the Republic you will quit the childish attacks on the very people that could bring a little sanity to the government process, you know someone that actually speaks truthfully all the time, not just at election time.
If you want to be manipulated into another race that pitts bad against worse, then keep up the mindless sniping, you will then have done your part in killing Liberty around the world, because if our Constitution dies here, there will be freedom nowhere in the world.
That is how serious this election is, and anyone but Obama is a nice meme but it provides cover for another Bush, Romney, Dole, Huntsman socialist lite sneak into office and deley for a while, the decline, into tyranny.
God’s will be done.
