I agree she should of jumped in before Perry, but interestingly the polls actually show she draws support from Romney and Bachmann, and has no affect at all on Perry’s support.

Au contraire. Far better to let the fabricated Perry buzz run its course.

I don’t like Perry for a number of reasons. But he is really angering me the way he and his handlers inject him into everyone else’s parade. How much money is he paying to feed the poll machines? Gotta be a lotta bucks. But that is the mechanism he’s using to appear to dominate the news cycles.

BWAHAHAHAHA!!!! Man-o-man, cripplecreek, you truly are delusional.

Let's see now, the new memes are:

1. Perry and Romney are working together in some nefarious conspiracy--yet to be revealed.
2. Fox News Channel is now a RINO-leftist organization rather than being the only honest broker of News on television and the thorn in all liberal's sides for a decade and a half."

3. The MSM--meaning Fox News--is trying to coerce Sarah into not to running. Apparently by publishing false polls--or maybe they are insidious "push-polls" asking leading questions like "Do you want Sarah Palin to run?" and "Which candidate do you prefer, Romney, Perry, Palin, Bachmann, Paul, Santorum, Gingrich, Huntsman or Giuliani?"

Clearly no self-respecting Republican could objectively respond to such a loaded question. It must be push-polling. LOL!!!!

You are about to enter reside in another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind. A journey into a wondrous land of imagination. Next stop, the Twilight Zone!

Perry and Romney are working together. They’re ideological twins with intermingled campaigns.

Pure hogwash. You should stick with your policy concerns with Perry's record as opposed to conspiracy theories imagined by raving lunatics.

Perry and Romney's First Face-Off: if ever two candidates saw each other as Exactly the Kind of Guy I Don't Like, it would be Messrs. Perry and Romney. Mr. Romney's people see Mr. Perry as a dopey Texas barbarian. Mr. Perry's people see Mr. Romney as Northeastern, elite, effete and opportunistic. If they go head to head through the fall and winter, their contest could wind up looking like a scene in "Raging Bull."

Most people don't like to be played with, even by Sarah Palin. Since she's been "running" -- will she or won't she -- for the past two years, there is absolutely no reason for her not to have declared that she is officially in the race months ago.

Sarah Palin is Fred Thompson in a skirt, just better looking, more energetic, smarter, but the same tease -- and guess who is going to be left "holding the bag", her supporters who are still waiting and will still be waiting for her to jump into the race Nov 1, 2012.

Well said.

Obviously, Noonan will do anything to protect

cripplecreek said: “Perry and Romney are working together. They’re ideological twins with intermingled campaigns. Any attacks on each other are pure show.”

You really need to find out more about Perry. Cripplecreek cannot be more wrong to claim the above.

Perry ‘s Blunt Views in Books Get New Scrutiny as He Joins Race

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2772920/posts

“Rick Perry, the governor of Texas, believes that climate change is a “contrived, phony mess.” The federal income tax was the “great milestone on the road to serfdom.” And the Boy Scouts of America are under attack by “a radical homosexual movement.”

Mr. Perry also thinks that senators should be chosen by legislatures, not the people. And he says that Social Security, the retirement program for the nation’s elderly, is a “failure” enacted during a power grab called the New Deal and is “something we have been forced to accept.”

When it comes to health care, Mr. Perry writes that President Obama’s legislation on the subject was “the closest this country has ever come to outright socialism,”

You don't give ccreek enough credit Dio. Dame Peggy Noonan is a squishy moderate who detests the Tea Party and Rick Perry, and I'm quite sure EVERYONE at FR knows that. I agree that she is worthless as a reference for anything regarding conservatism.

However, she knows the people in politics from her liberal vantage point and makes observations about them. Doesn't mean she's always wrong on what she observes.

You can't argue against her observation that completely demolishes your half-witted conspiracy meme so you choose to ignore. Where's your courage?

“She endorsed him for Governor. Was he NOT a crony capitalist then”

Sure. He was the lesser of three evils. I do not know if she knew his complete history or not. Because she endorsed him does not mean she endorsed everything he did. Nor does it mean she would endorse him for another office or against different opposition.

Endorsing someone for dog catcher does not mean you endorse them for the Supreme Court. This is not higher math or quantum mechanics. I can explain it to you, but I can’t make you understand it.

For the record, I want Sarah Palin to join the primary race. It’s silly, and desired by the Left, for conservatives to argue between these two. I once was concerned that it might help SlickMitty but I don’t see that any longer. If we end up with Palin or Perry, it’s all good. It means Willard is beaten and Zero is next.

No open borders RINOs.

He may not be everything we would wish for on illegal immigration, but calling him an open borders RINO is misinformation - i.e. false witness.

Immigration:

Advocated for and eventually signed a stringent voter ID law

Pushed for anti-sanctuary city law

Opposes the federal dream act

August, 2010: Perry asks Obama for 1,000 additional National Guard troops on border

Perry sends Whitehouse $350 million bill for cost of illegal immigration

Advocates the use of unmanned drones to patrol border

"I can promise you that when I’m the President of the United States, the border will be secure" (1:36)

You clowns kill me. You act as if this election is a silly show like the academy awards.

This is a fight for the survival of the Republic, and you should be concerned with that above all else.

If you truly believe that the same people that have pulled the Lucy act on you so many times, can save the Republic, then you have become willfully deluded in your thinking, and the Republic is surely lost.

If you care about saving the Republic you will quit the childish attacks on the very people that could bring a little sanity to the government process, you know someone that actually speaks truthfully all the time, not just at election time.

If you want to be manipulated into another race that pitts bad against worse, then keep up the mindless sniping, you will then have done your part in killing Liberty around the world, because if our Constitution dies here, there will be freedom nowhere in the world.

That is how serious this election is, and anyone but Obama is a nice meme but it provides cover for another Bush, Romney, Dole, Huntsman socialist lite sneak into office and deley for a while, the decline, into tyranny.

God’s will be done.
