Tell me how big a disappointment he is after watching this video.You took him out of context of course Ruio’s only concern was the potential for profiling. He is for securing the border.He would prefer the feds do it. But he understands when states have to do what the feds wont.He states that the U.S. can’t absorb all those who would come from Mexico.
