I remember in the early 1930s how my mother would come home from her piecework job which gave her about $4 per week and be crying about how the new union movement kept badgering her to not work and instead picket the factory. I learned early on that there was a mix of good and bad about unions. Most of the bad was about the thugs forcing the sheep to have employers set up ‘rights’. It was not hard to see who the actual leeches were, the union bosses who always had enough to eat. I ddn’t take to being bossed by some loudmouth empty character union thug and to this day have avoided getting hitched to a union to make my living except for one time when my uncle got the union to waive my dues for a summer job becuse I needed money for college tuition.
There are alot more that read these , than respond.
At least I got a rise out of you.
I find that positive.
“There are alot more that read these , than respond.”
I’m sure you are correct.
Thank you.
Trolling, eh? Pathetic.
[We need to take these tea party sons of bitches out...]
Oh goodie, I haven’t a night out in a long time.
I have long state on this board that if the AnointedIdiot’s lips are moving, he is lying, period. Has it taken that long for you to come to realize the same? ;-)
Let's not forget "free trade zones" in Central & South America. More competition for US wage earners.

Man, you sure are a mean SOB.
Being nice to you is waste of time.
Go drown.
He sat in the “Rev.” Wright’s church for twenty years listening to this kind of rhetoric. Didn’t bother him then and doesn’t bother him now. He’s a Chicago thug in fancy clothes with a posh accent and charming smile that disguises his true nature. Too bad so many were beguiled by him.
Let’s roll.
Not being reported on Politico? Must not be news?
I agree about the posh accent so where did the down-home Clinton-light manner of speaking during this speech come from? What a phony!
How's it going, Joe...
Every time I think about Hoffa's comments, Nazareth's Hair of the Dog starts playing in my head. :)
You got that right
Now how am I going to rid myself of that earworm?
He is a union man - if you think this is harsh, you have never been in a bar next to a coal shaft of Ford plant after the day shift. Man up
