Adding up other facts -

Perp was supposed Biz Owner but when you look up on NV and CA Biz Licensing, the brothers controlled it. Perp had mailing address as Stateline, NV but Carson for home address for NV License then had South Lake Address on CA license.

Perp declared bankruptcy 2 years ago but his business owner status did not seem to be affected when you look at info provided by NV and CA State Licensing.

Perp was getting disability benefits according to family. Was this because he was mentally unstable...and then...was he on meds? I dealt with people who went on SDI and when it comes to getting on it for mental health reasons...one would normally have to get a Psychiatrist to declare incompetence and also be on medication(s).

Just attempting to connect some dots....not making any grand declarations here.... ;)

Local media (Sacto) has mostly gone silent on this. From yesterday ch 10 or 13 reporters:

The motorcyclist was a woman (is this true?)

The van he was driving had a yellow ribbon on the back (what is that about?)

He worked at the market on weekends and holidays and “no speak good english” (work and be on SDI?)

Has had a commercial drivers lic for 14 months

By any chance has there been any information (seen by you) that would indicate the origination of the weapons the perp possessed and used in this crime? No info out about weapons...at least not yet. Seems like the Sheriff has turned that all over to the ATF.

Sheriff did say that one can purchase a semi-auto weapon in NV and get licensing. He said a flaw in the system is that if another state has info on the mental condition of someone that info is not shared with other states for the purpose of gun buying background checks.

Since it has come out that South Lake Tahoe Police has a 2000 report on file regarding an involuntary commitment for Sencion...meaning a 72 hour hold...I am sure this is what Sheriff was talking about.

El Dorado County Mental Health Services could not confirm or deny whether Sencion had received mental health services at that time due to HIPPA laws.

Long time Attorney for the Sencion family, Joe Laub said that because of the 2000 incident in South Lake, Sencion did receive help but was not aware if it was in-patient or out-patient counseling. The family is still saying that they do not know what triggered the attack.

Yes, I saw this! So the guy - 1 - has two names but uses the one name as business owner - 2- Has several addresses on Biz Licenses but has only ever lived at the Carson address according to the family

I told friends this morning that there is something going on here with the family....probably the brother, Gilberto, using Eduardo as a scapegoat or some kind of way to scam or something because why would they even get him involved with any business if he is 'slow' and mentally unstable?

I inadvertantly found out something interesting today speaking with a friend who is getting a Biz License for a small cafe she is opening. She said....if you are the business owner....you cannot run your own credit card at the business to purchase anything because of the laws set up after 911. Apparently, the hijackers set up phony businesses then set up credit card machines and ran their own credit cards for cash ect.

Who knows if any of it is relevant....yet...I found it intriguing because I kept asking myself all day what would be the motivation for the family to put Eduardo as Biz Owner if he clearly is not capable of running a business....and then the above information came out of the blue in a conversation later in the day.

My thought, and wondering if LE is pursuing other possible aliases, this person may have had. If the prep had aliases, and it is known there were two names, the possibility of other associates including the brother or brothers may have used aliases is not unreasonable. This is much wider than those watching are being told is my thought today. Since it (imho) is much wider and there are sealed warrants which are being executed (if I understood the report at rgj) there appears someone, with authority, is thinking this is much wider than simply those reporting, if the reading between the lines by myself is accurate.

I do thank you. As was stated by you, this investigation is far from over and wondering and digging is a means to find what maybe is being hidden. Do believe, since this does not fit with what Americans are being told to think, as much as possible will be swept under the rug, so to speak, but there will be some who will know more than what the media tells us. Wonder if Congress will try to sweep this attack under the rug, and will Conservative radio hinder that process? Rumors are one thing, but now there is a fact which has fired a weapon murdering Military and American Citizens again. This one is from south of the border and that is a fact difficult to cover-up.

Thank you as well! It is always great to find someone who is not going to buy the party line when it comes to these kinds of things. I am not claiming conspiracy...however, there is more to the story. I do not think Sheriff Furlong is withholding info on purpose...I think he HAS to let other agencies do their investigations.

One thing I noticed about Furlong at the beginning of all this was...he is a man that is always in control and always calm. He was kind of 'out of it' when he gave the first press conference, he could not concentrate and was visbily shaken. I realize this was tragic and anyone would be shaken....but this guy is a ROCK....he never waivers.

Thank you for the background regarding Sheriff Furlong. Our LE has to be ROCK solid these days. I appreciate anyone who is calm in the face of the circumstances as presently exists for all LE, and any human would be shaken when confronted with a circumstance where lives have been lost (imho). Always seems there is one fire after another, figuratively speaking, and I admire those who answer the call(s). These people (imho) who answer the call(s) in LE, Firefighters, Medic, etc. are what is good about America. My highest praise for each of them.

There is something else going on down in Pooler, GA. An unknown. One person dead, as many as ten have been sickened. Pooler is located close to Savannah. May have been an accident though from what have read thus far ... what occurred is unknown. Interested? If so ... I'll post you a link if you have not seen.

- 3 victims released from Carson Tahoe hospital, 1 moved from Carson Tahoe to Renown in Reno. That person joined 3 other critical victims still at Renown.

- Other info - Civilian victim Florence Gunderson's husband has MS and depended on her to get around. They were in Carson for his dental appointment. He is a former Marine.

- From Houston Chronicle online - "Exactly what set the gunman, 32-year-old Eduardo Sencion, off — and whether the grocery store employee had some kind of grudge against the military — remained unclear. - Unfortunately, female Guard McEliney passed on late Tues. She is the female guard that was killed. I just had not read about her injuries until that article. She must have been one of the Guard sent to Renown with major stomach injury and another one sent there with major head trauma....apparently that person still alive.

I should note....the Jodi Lane address where the family says Educardo lived is also listed on the NV Biz License as address #1 but the Stateline address listed as ‘mailing address’. CA does not have Jodi Lane as any address on license.

Researching the NV Business License Info for LLC-

- "Registered Agent with a Nevada physical address required. All Nevada and foreign qualified entities are required to maintain a resident agent with a valid street address in Nevada for service of process. I am still wondering why there is a Stateline address on this license....its not any where near South Lake OR Tahoe. And it continued to be on the license since 2006.

-Interesting Info - The attorney the family has retained for a few years, Joe Laub, has offices in Reno and S.Lake.
