Napolitano, “We’re getting creamed here with our know nothing drones acting like thugs, so let’s make an example of someone!”

OK...I don’t fly. I have not flown for years.

And, I have been very much against these pat downs or the new fangled nude machines....

...but are all these pulled aside, behind the screens, pat downs include a cavity search?

They intelligent enough to ask questions, afraid of profiling? Or just plain stupid?

I'm curious, what is your first language?

What an amazing coincidence. Kashmir Hill writes an article slamming Matt Drudge the very same day Janet Napolitano gives a speech slamming Matt Drudge. And both women use the same phrasing.

Man. How often does something like that happen?

How might the plaintiff show damages?

She can't. Precedents have already established that using the word "rape" even as an exaggeration is protected speech. If you go to the main site, the blogger's attorney has posted her own lengthy rebuttal to TSA agent Magee's lawyer's letter. There's a ton of case law here.

I'm not impressed with the character of the blogger, but nobody should be subjected to this. It's gratuitous infliction of pain and humiliation by a person with no medical training, intended only to punish since it can't reveal the presence of a bomb concealed up high in the vaginal vault. You know there would be a complete firestorm if anybody in the TSA looked cross-eyed at a Muslim woman, much less subjected her to this degrading treatment, so why do this to a whiny American woman?

It’s been said before (including by me) but bears repeating. Anybody who flies is contributing to this offense, enabling this violation of basic liberty. If enough people went to a little damn inconvenience, and took another means of transportation, the TSA grope-search would be obsolete and over in 24 hours.

When people ask me that, I explain that English is my first language, and I'm hoping to do better on my second.

“so why do this to a whiny American woman?”

Because no one from the religion of peace will try to take your head off?

Well, my lady, I gave up flying. When I started to figure out how long it actually took me to fly, from the time I spent online making the reservations, packing to comply with TSA requirements and obsessing over what clothes to take to keep the baggage down to one carry-on, the additional shopping time and money wasted to buy toiletries I couldn’t bring with me, going to the airport, parking, taking the shuttle to the terminal, checking in, going through security, getting to the gate, waiting, boarding, waiting on the tarmac for infinite periods, etc., I realized that I could drive almost anywhere on the East Coast more conveniently. AND I wouldn’t be subsidizing the ruin of our Constitution.

Obviously it’s a bit harder if you have to do business travel. But if we all refused to fly for personal recreation, the airlines would be transporting business passengers only. That’s the way it was when I was a kid in the 1970s: only business people and the rich routinely flew around.

May I remind you all that the traditional legal definition of rape says “any penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete the act”? She may very well have been ACTUALLY raped by a lesbian TSA agant!

Apparently this rape was retaliation for Amy complaining so loudly about the TSA groping. Here is what Amy wrote elsewhere...

Basically, I felt it important to make a spectacle of what they are doing to us, to make it uncomfortable for them to violate us and our rights, so I let the tears come. In fact, I sobbed my guts out. Loudly. Very loudly. The entire time the woman was searching me.

Nearing the end of this violation, I sobbed even louder as the woman, FOUR TIMES, stuck the side of her gloved hand INTO my vagina, through my pants. Between my labia. She really got up there. Four times. Back right and left, and front right and left. In my vagina. Between my labia. I was shocked — utterly unprepared for how she got the side of her hand up there. It was government-sanctioned sexual assault.

Advice to any ladies concerned about this... wear pantyhose

The TSA is nothing more than a group of overpaid pedophiles and bureaucratic misfits.

Can I get a suit too?

So how do you get around the distance then? I would really hate to have to have to drive from New Orleans to say, Tucson. Talk about a LOOOONG drive. And san antonio/el paso isnt exactly the friendliest to outsiders.

So...basically if you want to travel on Federal Airlines out of Federal Airports...the King’s Men get to have their way with you first?

That’s an easy one..on so many levels...
