My last blog focused on Bill Clinton’s vegan diet; and now, Al Gore is telling us not to eat meat. It seems that whole 1994 White House administration is telling us that we need to start with meat—or the lack of it—when it comes to health.
Vice President Al Gore said consuming meat contributes greatly to global warming, and he recommended people cut back on the amount of meat in the diet in order to help reduce the environmental impact.
Gore didn’t say he himself gave up eating meat or that veganism is the way to go, but he said the increases of a meat-based diet is part of the problem.
Whereas I didn’t think it was the lack of meat and dairy that helped Bill Clinton get health, I agree with Gore that evidence shows meat consumption is considerably more taxing on the environment than vegetables. But the big question here is who is next? Perhaps Janet Reno will take on the antibiotic issue in meat, or maybe Madeleine Albright will come out with a plan to reduce E. Coli. At this rate, I’ll be blogging about it next week.

The leftward pegging of the needle that's the 'rat party, bringing us the 0bama disaster, has been pegged for many prior presidential cycles as well. This marxist shift was an accident just waiting for an opportunity to occur. It would have been somewhat different in its details, but no doubt the USA would be severely tested and would need to barf out the left after 4 years with a Kerry, alGore, or G*d forbid, Hillary! presidency.

Pile it between a couple pieces of toast, a little lettuce and tomatoes from my garden, man that's mighty fine eatin' - a perfect way to eat veggies and fruit and meat at the same time.

He always had a bit of nuttiness under the surface, and it came to full raging bloom in the period right before he was selected as Clinton's running mate. (That's when he published "Earth in the Balance", which shares more than a little with the Unabomber Manifesto.)
And look at him now - bloated, angry, flush, spouting nonsense, separated from a beautiful wife, and has serious allegations of assault while pleading for "release of his second chakra".
From a purely human perspective, Algore's life is a cautionary tale, indeed. Never take yourself too seriously. This goes for both sides of the political spectrum.

At todays prices there’s little danger I’ll gorge on meat unless the cow that jumped over moon lands in my back yard.
