Italian Court Rules Out New DNA Tests in Knox Case

Still wondering why she and boyfriend had 2.5 versions of stories where they were when this went down. Very bizarre thing over there.
Watching the video is a pretty convincing argument she was railroaded. Since the DNA was thrown out, there is nothing to convict her on. And there was no motive was proven why Knox would have done this.
I don't care about 9/11/2001, just your whenabouts/whereabouts a few hours before.
I am sure we will hear at least 2.5 stories ~ just from you.
‘An ill wind is blowing’: Now even PROSECUTOR says Foxy Knoxy will be freed
Weird. I actually remember.
I was at a friends restaurant teaching everyone how to ruin their liver.
Funny, because I can’t remember what I had for dinner last night but that night I remember and the next day.
I don’t think I ate again until 9/12
Why do you call her Foxy Knoxy?
Based on the reports I had read in the media, I thought Knox, and her boyfriend, were involved in some way. That is until I read the book The Monster of Florence by Douglas Preston and Mario Spezi. The prosecutor in the Monster of Florence case, Giuliano Mignini, is the same prosecutor in the Knox case. He is one sick, corrupt, arrogant, power-driven a-hole. He was convicted of misconduct in the Florence case, and given jail time, yet he still remains as the prosecutor in the Knox case and appeal. What a joke!! If you are interested in the case I urge you to read The Monster of Florence, then Murder in Italy by Candace Dempsey and The Monster of Perugia by Mark Waterbury. I just finished them, and am now convinced that Knox and her boyfriend Solicito were railroaded big time. Knox comes across as a kooky, eccentric kind of West Coast flower child, but the evidence, or more correctly the lack of evidence clearly shows that they are innocent. Not to get into the details, but there was no forensic evidence that showed that Knox and Solicito were in the room where Meredeth Kercher was murdered. However, the DNA of Rudy Guede, who was convicted separately and is doing only 16 years in prison, was all over the room and found inside Ms. Kercher. If you read the books I suggested, you will come away angry that these two young people were convicted by overzealous prosecutors who screwed up their investigation and outright lied to make the evidence match their theory of the crime.
It is a part of title of the article linked to in that post.
She’s damn pretty. Thats why
I ate a couple of the rolls immediately, drank some orange juice, and took some with me for others. They were all too nervous to eat as we drove toward the Beltway ~ BTW, our offices were in the shadow of a couple of buildings called "the Twin Towers" ~ so no one thought that to be a particularly safe location. ( This was in Rosslyn Virginia, not NYC ).
This is what the 2 prosecutors were saying in the first video. Amazing this prosecutor did not care he was destoying the lives of these two young people who appear innocent of the charge? He needs to serve time in jail!
Meant to write 2 lawyers.
“Why do you call her Foxy Knoxy?”
According to Knox’s parents, that is the nickname that was given to her as a young girl on the soccer field because of the way she slyly played the game. Of course, the media projected it as some kind of sexy nickname.
Under the same circumstances in a U.S. court she would walk. But in Italy?
Can’t top your story but I refused to go the office for two weeks as our office was right next to San Jose, CA airport.
I know the building you speak of in Rosslyn.
I always imagined them being CIA.
No way to make that building safe.
The CIA people? That'd be the guys working in the sub-basements all over Rosslyn ~ last time I looked that'd been Air Force and maybe the group that teaches folks foreign languages ~ Angelo's Pizza up Wilson was world famous (in the right circles).
Most folks around there figured if there's an attack going on that was a logical target ~ so everybody hauled out of there like there was no tomorrow.
Any sympathy for the poor guy that she and her boyfriend tried to frame? Why try to frame an innocent man if you aren’t guilty? And I agree that it isn’t relevant that she has the morals of an alley cat.
That whole area is beautiful in the spring and Christmas.
Love the welcome candles and wreaths as big as the homes they hang on.
Actually i know about the day before - he had a story don’t remember but one of them said they were watching a movie on the PC which later was said not to be true - just very weird - either way being asked right after, their stories didn’t match. No doubt the Italians speculated what happened - it is all very odd
I have sat on two juries, one civil and onr criminal, and yeah they do what you say. Since I and another were alternates on the latter the judge called to his chamber to ask our thoughts.. i told him the photos I saw did not match what either side said. On the civil nobody looked at facts, it was about bias. A real eye-opener.

Supposedly, Knox was interrogated by the Perugian police and investigators for many, many hours without a lawyer. This illegal interrogation was thrown out in the criminal trial, but because the civil trials are held simultaneously with the criminal (How screwed up is that?)the jury heard it any way. They alternated 12 different interrogators starting at 11pm to try to break her over many hours. She was exhausted. They suggested to her scenarios that could have been possible such as: “Isn’t it possible that Patrick Lumumba (her former boss) could have killed Meredith while you were in the bathroom?” Again, supposedly, she was so beaten down that at that point she would have agreed to anything to make them stop. The police were interested in Lumumba because Knox had responded to his text message telling her not to come to work that night by texting back to him something to the effect of “See you later. Have a good night.” They thought this meant she would meet him later, not that she was saying good bye to him. There are a lot of screwed up things in this case that were mischaracterized by the prosecution and press.

Allegedly, on the night of the murder Knox and Solicito watched a movie on his PC in his apartment, smoked a joint, made love and went to sleep. I think they both had the same story, but just couldn’t remember in what order they did what. The police lied and told Solicito that Knox had implicated him, so he was coerced to say that he wasn’t sure if she was with him all night because he fell asleep. Solicito’s alibi would have been on his computer but the Italian forensic genius’ destroyed it! They also destroyed Knox’s hard drive and Kercher’s hard drive. Nice coincidence huh? It is suspected they did this because their computers had information on them that would have refuted the prosecution’s cockamamy motive theories about Knox hating Kercher. Their PCs supposedly had a lot of pictures of the two of them together (Knox and Kercher) out and about having fun in Perugia. Oh by the way, while Knox was in prison the prosecution dressed up a guard to look like a doctor and told Knox that she was HIV positive, which she wasn’t, just to get her to list all of her sex partners. These people are pretty sick!
That kinda stuff happens all too often. And not just in foreign lands not that you were saying just foreign. Yeah, scary.
