President Obama is politically insane. This is the real meaning of his speech Thursday night in front of a joint session of Congress. Albert Einstein defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result. By that definition, Mr. Obama is a lunatic leftist.
Much of his speech called for more of the same - government activism; massive spending on infrastructure, bridges and roads; extending the payroll tax cut; and more public aid to states and municipalities. In short, he seeks to perpetuate the dismal policies of Obamanomics. He is a reckless ideologue masquerading as a pragmatist.
Mr. Obama’s presidency has been dominated by one seminal reality - failure. His nearly $1 trillion stimulus; record budget deficits; unprecedented levels of public spending; the government bailouts of the auto, insurance, housing and banking sectors; billions heaped on “green jobs”; Obamacare; Dodd-Frank to reform Wall Street, and huge outlays for food stamps and unemployment benefits - all have failed to restore the economy.
In fact, they have done the opposite. Unemployment is 9.1 percent. Growth is anemic. In August, no new net jobs - none - were created. Consumer confidence is low. Inflation is rising. The value of the dollar plummets. Burdensome regulations are strangling business. America is being buried under a mountain of debt. For the first time in history, its credit rating has been downgraded. The country is not only on the verge of national bankruptcy, but of economic collapse....

I don’t have a health problem but from what I have been told .. My age is a problem!
This new Obamacare cr@p where a person can be carried on their parents health insurance until the age of 26 has made it where companies will hire someone that age or younger so as not to incur the expense of health insurance for someone my age! (59)

Zer0 is the name I give to the Pied Piper of folk lore. To him it is a story of paying a debt that is due. It is the debt he perceives we owe for slavery:

I actually have two great jobs right now. Unfortunately, and I know this is a small point, neither of them pays me much if any money. And when I do ‘make’ money, people don’t pay my commissions because they are bankrupt.
So yes, it sucks pretty bad out there. Looking to add another job.
Wow. That sound's like a lawsuit against an employer just waiting to happen, and I'm not big on lawsuits. But if the shoe fits...f*ck 'em. I would think all you need to do is just hint at a discrimination lawsuit. Then again, if your disability can't allow you to fulfill the duties, well, you're probably out of luck. Still, the Disability Act was very wide reaching. Best of luck, Vet.
IMO? They should have shelled out the billions of dollars in infrastructure instead of bailing out the banks. It would have been better use of our funds.
And, let us not lose sight of the real culprits - liberals likes of Pelosi, Reid, and Franks. They’ve been in office a lot longer than any President. We need to replace them with newbies who are not willing to ‘play the same old game.’
That is what is so upsetting to the liberals about the Tea Party. We want REAL change!

Failure? He's not doing the same thing over and over hoping for a *different* result. This is the result he is after, so it makes perfect sense that he would he would promote the same destructive policies, programs, and perversions.
Obama is the destroyer, king of the locust destroyers (swarms of govt. thugs, union thugs, chicago thugs, Holder's thugs, mooslim thugs...), change agent out of the Abyss. America (and Israel) is the choice target because Obama despises a people and nation founded upon truth, freedom, and light. Pharobama is the ruler over the house of bondage and is the prince of darkness.
America represents life and justice; Obama represents death and hell.
Unemployment is only a problem if you are 50+, Male, White, Christian.
Don’t mention that you’re disabled, just mention that you are eligible for VA health care and won’t be needing their health insurance.
Most civilian employers won’t know the difference and your disability won’t be an issue.
