Education is not about buildings and teacher salaries, but learning.

But Barry would know nothing about that. He can barely put to coherent words together without a TelePrompTer.

I had about 20% of my classes in modular’s and that was 30 years ago.

And this is the same Obama who keeps traveling up to South Bend, Mishawauka, Goshen, etc where they build all sorts of trailers, travel/sleeping vans, campers and so forth and tells them “Hey, it’s all going to be better”.

My daughter's middle school has several trailers. There is a population blip in our school district. The grades ahead of her fit into the school. The grades behind her will also fit into the school. Once the blip has cleared the high school, the trailers will be sold to some other school district.

There is no need for heavy capital investment in new school buildings for minor changes in enrollment. Of course, not all school districts think this way. Five miles away from our school district is Harrisburg School District. They are $580 million in debt for new schools. Harrisburg has declining enrollment in their schools. But, eighty percent of their graduates are illiterates as indicated by standardized tests. The worse of it, all of you pay for Harrisburg schools. They are heavily subsidized by state and federal government. Of course, Harrisburg is where Obama’s base lives.
