Has this been introduced into the House or the Senate yet?

The language limiting deductions for families with income over 250K is insane. Also outrageous.

And I’m totally against the hit against general aviation aircraft. Cessna, Piper, Cirrus, Beech will wind up laying off employees.

All the pubbies have to do is publically read the tax increase.

i.e.

If it says "Put 14,000 teachers back in class by such and such a date"

Publically read;

"Property taxes for homeowners making 200,000 or more will be increased by (?) %"

If we repeat the WORDS of the (spit) bill, we'll get into a pissing match over the meaning of is.

If we stick to ONLY the tax increases, that forces the commies to respond to THAT element of this hustle.

There is NO bill, there ARE tax increases.

Take the time to read it...it goes fast.

There is the FIFA authority and the board of directors.

And the Spectrum Managment Board and it’s directors

Just more slush funds for democRAT politicians.

I did not see that section I was stuck on this:

SEC. 364. SUBSIDIZED EMPLOYMENT FOR UNEMPLOYED, LOW-INCOME ADULTS.

they are just giving money way. I do not like Obama I would have used a stonger word but I did not want to get banned for life.

“154 pages long”

Wonder how long our Constitution would be if todays politicians and lawyers, especially the socialist-leaing ones, wrote it?

Wow, It's up already. And on Scribd, posted by Huffpost? As in the Huffington Post?

That's about as official as it gets right there.

I thought from The Won's speech last week that Boehner and the Congress had to pass the bill so the White House could (have their union buddies) write the bill. That's what I got from the words scrolling up the teleprompter, as Obama read them.

Still no actual (sponsored, submitted) bill on Thomas (the official website of the Library of Congress where bills are posted publicly).

Actually, if you want to see the "official version" from the white house, and not worry about modifications made by HuffPost people, you can get it from the white house website. There are (at least) two versions of the bill on the white house website:

I haven't compared the two versions yet to see which is which and what the differences are. But there are significant differences in the file sizes.

I haven't read that section yet. I thought that might be the "Georgia Works" clone. Paying unemployment benefits to people who are in on-the-job training for new positions, while they are working at their new jobs. That reduces hiring costs and training costs for employers. I expect that will be somewhere in this mess.

The part that I got stuck on was Sec. 374, "Prohibited Acts." Basically, that prohibits anyone from advertising a new job or hiring anyone. There will be no hiring if that section becomes law.

What the heck are you sure you read it right. I have to go look at it. I noticed alot of these things in the so called bill are retreads from the 70’s and also 95 and 98.
If some of these are already on the books why would you have to resubmit them in a new bill?
