Two points

1. There were buildings on Iraqi bases that were off limits because people got deathly ill upon entering.

2. Anthrax shots were initially not mandatory for civilian deployees to Iraq. What changed?

Or even being in close proximity of some of those buildings.

There was one (I won't say where) that had yellow "DO NOT ENTER" tape around its perimeter because people had gotten burning sensations in their eyes and noses just from being near the building.
