Yep, a statement from some idiot who can produce no proof. Unless this guy has photos of Sarah lying in bed with him he better watch his a** because he may wind up in court.

"...he better watch his a** because he may wind up in court."

No chance of that. This is the protected lair of liberal 'journalists' who cash in big time for putting out slanderous half truths and complete lies.

It's a great business: get a big advance from a publisher, rent a house in Wasilla and talk with all the rumor mongers who dislike the subject. Then fabricate tales of lust and drugs to sell to the faithful and cash in again. After it all comes the fat job with MSNBC or Al Jezeera.

It wouldn’t be the first time Joe McGinniss has ended up in court...

His 1983 account of the Jeffrey MacDonald murder case, Fatal Vision, was a best-seller. MacDonald sued McGinniss in 1984, alleging that McGinniss pretended to believe MacDonald innocent after he came to the conclusion that MacDonald was guilty, in order to continue MacDonald’s cooperation with him. After a six-week civil trial that resulted in a hung jury, McGinniss’s publisher’s insurance company chose to settle out of court with MacDonald for an undisclosed amount.
