Please stop the nonsense! I live in Texas, and I know of a lot of young girls who are sexually active. I also know of some in the their early twenties who have had cervical cancer. The governor had sound reasons to want the vaccine but went about it the wrong way. I didn’t like the idea of a mandate. The governor has admitted that it was a bad decision and apologized for it. He has said that he was wrong. Anyone who brings this up is just trying to attack Perry. I don’t care if he becomes president, but I do care if he gets fair treatment. They brought this up again and again and again during the his primary with Kay Bailey Hutchinson, and you know who won. If you want Perry to get the nonmination, keep attacking him for silly reasons.

Why are you questioning my motives? As you do so, you finally answer the question I posed, thank you. You believe that Perry was wrong then but right now — now was that so hard?

How about that estimated $250,000 in donations by Merck channeled through the Republican Governors Association beginning when Perry was named head?

Even if I wanted Perry to be the nominee, I couldn’t go back in time and change what he did.

This is not the thread to discuss the efficacy of Gardasil ~ we are discussing, instead, the instant use of Fascist methods ........

Now, we can move on to Merck. This is the company that contracted out the testing of various anesthestics and sedatives to a guy who wasn't ethical.

Instead of doing real studies he just made the stuff up.

Merck pushed their anesthetics and sedatives on unsuspecting health care organizations as though everything was on the up and up.

It was pretty obvious to those negatively affected by those phony studies that Merck had failed to ensure that their quality control programs really worked.

I was one of Merck's victims. Unbeknownst to my doctor and her colleagues VERSED, a commonly used sedative used in light surgical procedures had been sold without a warning regarding patients 60 years of age and older ~ they only need about 1/4 the normal dosage.

Their approach to pushing Gardasil seems to have been counseled with the same sort of attitude used when they peddled Versed.

It is quite rational to be disquieted with Perry's approach as well.

“I don’t care if he becomes president, but I do care if he gets fair treatment.”

Fair??? He couldn’t have careed less about fair when he thought he could demand such a thing and take away the rights of parents and the children to make decisions for themselves.

TO HELL WITH RINO PERRY!!!

Perry was a Democrat until he was 40 years old and it shows.
