I take it you’re not a lawyer and don’t know much about how the law works? You need a ‘cause of action’ to file a lawsuit. Virginia and 14 states, including TX, filed suit March 23, 2010. There was nothing “eventually” about the multi-states; 14 started it, others joined later. Nor was there anything to sue about until the Congress passed Obamacare on the morning of March 22, 2010.

Those states were preparing their lawsuits well before they were filed. You can talk or you can do, it’s that simple. And, by the way, I was on Capitol Hill with the protesters on March 20, 2010, albeit limited to words instead of actions. So I guess I DO have an agenda.

I don’t think any one person, however grand that person may be, can take credit for speaking out and getting 27 states’ AG’s to file suit or for making the waters part. We’ve already been there, thank you. Your comments are akin to the proverbial rooster claiming credit for the sun rising.

That is YOUR gig - you brought up lawsuits. Go get someone else so you can voice your rant! You REFUSE to address what I was addressing - so don't throw your crappy agenda on me. And I don't appreciate your I take it you’re not a lawyer and don’t know much about how the law works?

You remind me of MB who has a major attitude and thinks if she talks enough it shows she knows something with a DESPERATE need to impress.

Take it somewhere else! And SO not interested in your agenda. Get over it and live with the fact PERRY was SILENT and SARAH wasn't and that irritates you. GOOD!

And live with this - when SARAH speaks everyone listens. How's that? Feeling inadequate next to a young highly successful beautiful woman with 5 children, family business and an a spouse who is supportive and tons of accomplishments under her belt? Or is it the "Undefeated" title that twists your diaper?

Witch hunt? She brought it on herself.

She lost my support when she made the comment, "Some woman said" no name just some woman. She is starting to sound like the surrender monkey.
Friends of mine from MN said she was somewhat of a flake, but I dismissed it because they are pretty pro-union. Now I believe.

That person (assuming they weren't there to sabotage her); needs to come forth and back up Bachmann.

But, do you actually believe there was a real woman, or an imaginary woman, who was made up.

Was totally in Bachman’s court.

She willfully spread unconfirmed rumors based on an unknown source.

I heard it on Hannity...pitiful.

Not ready for prime time. But, a great assent in the House. Her time in the race has come and gone.

The point was, Perry took money from the company that manufactured and sold it, hello.

Hello...anybody home?

If you are suggesting corruption have enough courage to level the charges instead of tossing out innuendo.

Based on the facts as I understand them, his campaign has taken the equivalent of $250 per month since 2000.

So what?

Well if those are the facts at least they are out there. Do you even know what “innuendo” means?

Yeah. It wasn't fun to watch.

“Innuedo” means something different in the gay community than what I intended.

If someone implies that Merck paid Perry via the RGA but doesn’t have the stones to spit it out, then they are using innuendo to IMPLY misconduct where there is no evidence.

It’s a pretty sleazy tactic, defended by scum.
