she was there for two weeks and quit about 6 years ago when jobs were around.
She was disgusted to see servings of veggies put into a freezer and when someone ordered a plate with veggies on she would have to get the serving out of the freezer and put it into a microwave.
She saw food dropped on the floor and then picked up back on the plate by the cook and a waitress.
Personally when I could go out to eat and afford it I would go to a family place, mostly Italian

Overpriced and overhyped Red Lobster has been off my list for years. Olive Garden is now permanently off my list as well. One of our local Korean Restaurants is more to my liking anyway.

I took my kids to Olive Garden...when they were teens and ate everything they could get their hands on. Olive Graden had an “all you can eat” buffet!!!
I remember zealously trying to avoid companies who bloodied their hands with PP. I still try to, but I am now of the belief that I can't leave my house and interact, shop, dine or bank with a business that isn't dirty or outright in bed with PP.
Very discouraging.
Will avoid them all.

Maybe Moochie is taking her kickbacks in the form of unlimited lobster dinners snuck up the backstairs to the WH living quarters.
She wouldn’t want to further offend the WH culinary staff by letting them know this.
The connection for this guy was Johnny Rivers former exec chef at Disney World and creator of the Smokey Bones concept restaurants in Darden’s stable (the most expanding location one of their stable). Both are Af-American. Will say that Rivers is an excellent chef. Otis has zero prior experience in running a restaurant or kitchen.
There is a risk of describing this as an “old boy” network for obvious reasons. There really is nothing otis brought to the table other than a high selective profile. He is a lawyer who came from First Boston investment bank. He is not any kind of restaurateur and was hired as Treasurer.
He makes 6.6 mill total package. Ridiculous, and a horrible restaurant, any one of them. Friend of obambi. Should have stayed in banking. This is embarrassing.
