You realize Rush is off on Fridays, right? And Friday is the day people put out bad news. It’s called a Friday news dump because most reporters have gone home for the weekend?

Rush is not off Friday, sometimes he talks Fridays IFC if he’s going on a trip or golfing. It’s called “open line Friday” and he said at the end of the show today “see you tommorrow on Open line Friday”

You can attempt to spin this twelve ways to Sunday, but you're missing many points!

She said , long ago, that when she decided, she WOULD announce a run on that particular radio show. Should she throw her hat in the ring, it shall be on that show; yet you saw fit to ridicule such a thing. Your responses come from ignorance; at best.

Bad news...........as in the proverbial "Friday bad news dump" ? Well, if she does throw her hat into the ring, it would be "bad news" for you, I guess.

The Sunday news shows are all booked, yet she would rule the airwaves all weekend; especially on Sunday and then beyond, without even showing up. She could then pick and choose which shows to go on, well prepared and knowing full well what all the hosts had said that Sunday.

SHE WOULD BE COMPLETELY PREPARED !

Rush isn't always off on Fridays, though he might be off tomorrow; I do not know his current schedule. And that doesn't matter one iota.......it can always be announced by the guest host to a very wide audience.

She's claimed that should she now run, it will be all completely out of the box. This would fit the stated pattern and is a quite good piece of strategy, actually.

Ha! You have a very interesting gap in your knowledge of things conservative. I remember they used to ferret out German spies by asking a suspect about Babe Ruth. Of course any good American knew who he was and probably knew his batting average. Seriously. Whereas the spies were usually clueless. My dad was in the war. This is truth I'm saying to you.

Anyway, if you knew anything about Rush, you'd know he is almost never off on Fridays, because he does Open Line Friday, talks to the audience about topics of their choosing, not his. He's been doing this for twenty or so years. Where have you been?

One more thing, I'm a Limbaugh member, so I get the mp3s for my wife to listen to. I just doubled checked the tail end of today's show, and sure nuff, just as I remembered it, he made a special point of telling us he would be in tomorrow. Hmmm…..

Sorry (insert childish snicker here)

:)

"It’s called a Friday news dump because most reporters have gone home for the weekend?"

Actually, I'd say that HER announcing on Friday would be a(nother) stroke of genius. If the reporters are gone for the weekend, it increases the chance that the story will actually be reported as news, rather than with the addition of the typical non-news "commentary" that liberal reporters like to tack on.
