I have been variously hit on/clung to by drunk women in public places: it’s a profoundly unpleasant experience.

Anyone who encourages the advances of a profoundly drunk woman is taking ignoble advantage: and that’s assuming neither party is married.

(Of course in the present case we have a drunk staggering about the aisle of a passenger jet. No-ones going to be up for that anyway.)
