Carville doubles down: Obama ‘not going to win re-election on the course he’s on right now’ Jeff Poor - The Daily Caller 46 mins ago

On Thursday, former political adviser and current CNN contributor James Carville dropped a bomb on the Obama administration, saying it was time for panic and that, on his current trajectory, President Barack Obama would not be re-elected.

Later that evening on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360,” Carville appeared from Starkville, Miss. and warned Obama again, alluding to the two special election losses — one in New York City and the other Nevada — as signs that the president is in trouble.

“I think that…Â these two elections… do mean something,” Carville said. “And even in Nevada: That was a seat I think we lost probably by about 8,000 votes in the presidential race and we lost about 22,000. It’s not going in the right direction. I think the president needs to show the country that he is unsatisfied with the pace of this recovery and the way that you do that is you make changes.”

Carville likened his case for changes to former President Bill Clinton’s reorganization following the 1994 Republican wave that led to its control of Congress.

Except that Obama is clueless and his recent jobs bill reveals that -- because it is more of the same stuff that hasn't worked and many in his own party have ready voted against in previous legislative attempts.

Obama is in over his head. Many in his own party are aware of that. Many in the Media are aware of that. Their current conundrum is how to save the drowning man who continues to cling to lead weights.

I’m suspecting Huntsman is going to jump ship, move to the RATS and try and steal the nom from Obummer.

Notice how his delivery is very Clintoonish. Someone from the Toon camp has been working with him.

They did it for Obama, they're doing it for Hillary. She's running.

I swear, this website sounds like a kook convention when it comes to certain ideas.

I see comments here all the time about the probability of a Hillary run in 2012, yet there's absolutely no evidence that she's even contemplating such a thing, nor is there any evidence of a groundswell of support for her to mount a primary challenge to Obama.

She was asked about whether she'll ever run for president again some time back, and she emphatically answered, "No", not just once, but three times (in response to different phrasing of the question).

I think our time is better spent worrying about things that are really going to happen, such as Democrats cheating in the next election. That's something we actually have evidence for.

My guess is that the Hillary fans will wait until the convention and then draft Hillary by showing that Obama can’t win. The Democrats cannot come out and openly oppose what Obama has been doing because they want most of it. It’ the voters that don’t want it.

So, they wait until the convention, make their case that Obama is going to lose and long with it, the Senate, as well. Hillary takes the nomination and the Democrats and wins because she is the new anti-messiah with the real hope and change. No time to build a campaign against her, and no time to vet her on the Obama policies.

That’s why I’ve been saying that we have to run against Progressivism, not Obama. Obama is just the top Community Organizer. Look at the methods that he is using right now.

If the VP resigns, does POTUS fill the vacancy or does House Speaker?

Hypothetical:
Biden resigns.
The Obama appoints Hillary as VP.
The Obama resigns.
Hillary becomes POTUS.
Hillary walks away with the election.
