John Adams statement is outdated according to our increasingly progressive liberal judicial system.
When Christians abandon their faith, as so many appear to be doing today, we might as well toss the Constitution into the pail with yesterdays New York Times newspaper. Neither of them carry the weight with our populace they once did.
Well, we better get busy then raising up representatives who understand their oath, beginning with its sacred nature.
Because that is the only hope for this free republic.
