Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona has constituted a special law enforcement posse to investigate allegations brought by members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party that the birth certificate Barack Obama released to the public April 27 might be a forgery, WND has learned.
The posse, under the authority of Arpaio's office, will consist of two former law enforcement officers and two retired attorneys, headed by Michael Zullo, a retired police detective originally from Bergen County, N.J.
WND confirmed with Zullo and with Arpaio's office that the investigation into the Obama birth certificate has been sanctioned fully by Arpaio's office. The investigation, they said, will be conducted with "utmost diligence," and the investigators will be authorized to utilize subpoena power.

I disagree. The administration of Obama has come after Sheriff Joe and he has a right to determine whether they are of legal status to do so.

First, pretty much anything from Corsi or WND on this issue is liable to be complete garbage reporting. Second, even if there is any truth to the story, not a thing will come from it (and usual) and birthers will continue chasing their tail on a completely worthless, dead issue.
The Sheriff can determine if Obama is eligible to be on a Arizona ballot...If not, it snowballs from there.

If he can get Zero declared inelligible in Arizona, he will not be allowed on the polls in Arizona to run for president.

Even if Obama is a 14th amendment citizen, he cannot be a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN by the lights of the 1874 SCOTUS ruling in Minor vs Happersett which defined an NBC has having 2 US citizen parents and born on the soil of the country. This conflation of citizenship and natural born citizen is what the Obots count on to obsfucate the real issue.
Emmerich De Vattel’s Law of Nations has been cited as precedent in dozens of SC cases. The founders relied heavily upon it for legal definitions in the constitution. His defginition accords with the Happersett ruling.
Has Sheriff Joseph Arpaio been in contact with Bill Montgomery’s office (FITE) Bureau ( Fraud & Identity Theft Enforcement ) about this ?

Well?...The same thing can be said about Obama and his army of lawyers. The DOJ and his private attorneys must be successful every time in squashing every lawsuit. The birhters only need to get through **once** for Obama to be lawfully and peacefully marched out of the Red House ( oops! “White House)
Heavenly Father, please to two things:
1) Cause Obama, his minions, and his attorneys to make mistakes. Cloud their minds, and confuse them.
2) Rise up people with the courage and the means to expose Obama and his crimes against this nation and its people.

Not that it matters to the US, but UK law is not dependent on Kenyan law. If Kenyan law technically said you “lost your UK citizenship by some date or action”, that is purely a local matter, perhaps to enable Kenya to prosecute residents and try to keep them from running to the UK embassy for support. From what I can tell, it is almost impossible to lose British citizenship once attained by birth or naturalization. Of course it doesn’t matter here because the issue is US citizenship.
That’s the other big kicker. I guess my point was the Maricopa County Sheriffs Office needs to make sure Obama has “standing” to investigate his office. I would think discovery can’t be blocked now.

This issue will never go anywhere. It's been awhile, are birthers still investigating the Da Vinci code like smiley face in the "fake BC"? Honestly, the next time anyone is going to pay attention to birthers at all will only be to watch their heads explode if Marco Rubio is chosen as our nominee's VP running mate.
