Oh I like it. Any assets that can be proved to have belonged to Soros can be brought to a US prize court and delivered to the agent bringing them minus a prize fee. Just think of the hackers descending on Soro's bank accounts knowing that if they can get the money into a US bank it is theirs free and clear.
