Could you please cite a case where a home Bible Study in New York City required a permit?

Well we just heard about the case in California where a home study group was fined $300 with $500 more fines if they don’t stop and get the unobtainable permit.

Can NY be much different?

I thought the Constitution applied to all of the states, and people could do what they wanted with “their property” anwhere in the United States.
