Religious leaders illegals can get a drivers license in their home countries and are free to drive at home all they want. When you have illegals coming from all across the country using fake or stolen documents, using fake NM address. I never see Religious leaders comment about document fraud or illegals lying to gain documents. Just give me,give, give me.

I believe religious "leaders" think that no one is a liar, no one is a criminal, etc., evidentally.

When we have continuously effectively welcomed law-breakers into our home (America), and then are FORCED to subsidize their existence here with Tax Dollars, it's time for a do-over.

I’m sick and tired of these so called “religious leaders” advocating for criminals and criminal behavior. Arrest everyone of them that aid and abet illegals and do the same to the asshats in “sanctuary cities”.

It’s not all that far away....why not let them vote too! What right do non illegals have in deciding the fate of undocumented aliens that have been here all their lives? /s

Pusillanimous liberals in funny collars are one fundamental reason for the demise of organized religion in this country. There was a time when the local preacher was the most educated person in town. People listened to what he said.

Now, in most parishes the majority of parishioners have educations, practical knowledge and experience superior to the paltry MDiv graduate posing as an expert in front of them. When he departs from the law and gospel, and opines on the problems of this world, he loses credibility wholesale, and the people lose interest.

In Michigan our secretary of state is trying to purge dead and illegal voters from the voting rolls. Neither the Social Security administration or INS will help.

Instead of worrying about their drivers licenses they should be worried about their eternal souls and Gods law.

They are breaking the law and for these religious leaders to be protecting this behavior says alot about what is happening to religion and belief in God in this country.

No one illegal or not should have a drivers license without Insurance.

Now, how much nerve does it take to be in this country illegally and apply for a drivers license or in-state tuition.

Anyone who applies should be placed on a bus and sent back where they came from.

At least 50% of the time, the term “religious leader” is the politically correct way to say “liberal moonbat”.

Crap like this is what made me despise organized religion.

So you prefer your religion disorganized? ;)

Seriously though, there are good churches out there who don't do this kind of thing.

“Director of Interfaith Worker Justice New Mexico”

By any other name, Marxism is still Marxism, and liberation or liberal theology is Marxism wrapped in pseudo religion.

I know your emoticon shows you wrote that tongue-in-cheek, it really is scripturally correct that local congregations are the proper highest level of church organization. Anything above that, no matter the well-intentioned goal, tends to induce error while reducing effectiveness at meeting the Great Commission. Think of the National Council of Churches as one example along with the current controversies in at the governing levels of multiple denominations on homosexual clergy or marriages. Local congregations with total control of their message, guided by a group of faithful elders, would never abide that kind of scriptural error.
