An illegal immigrant who works harvesting tobacco has been charged with sexually abusing a female relative.

Marcos Moran-Cuellar, 23, 1104 Beauty Ave., was charged Sunday with first-degree sexual abuse of an 11-year-old girl, according to Warren Circuit Court records. Cuellar also uses the name Oscar Ribera, court records show.

The girl’s mother called the Bowling Green Police Department on Saturday after the girl told her older brother that Moran-Cuellar touched her breasts and committed a sex act with the child, according to court records.

A horrible crime but any illegal immigrant found guilty of any crime, even jaywalking, should be deported.

Don’t forget his voter’s card, too.

Every illegal immigrant needs to be deported.

By definition, they have already committed at least one crime(misdeamenor).

Factor in document ID Fraud and using those ID's to illegally acquire state and federal assistance, and now you are talking about most of them committing felonies.

Actions that would land you and me in jail.

You weakness on this issue is telling.

No wonder you support Rick Perry so strongly.

Not pushing Newt, he just happened to have this amazing bit of information.

*Deport 55,000 illegal aliens with multiple arrest records

According to a report by the Government Accountability Office, our country has 55,322 criminal illegal aliens who have been arrested at least a total of 459,614 times, averaging about eight arrests per illegal alien.

Twenty-six percent (about 15,000) have had eleven or more arrests. Imagine a government bureaucracy so incompetent it can’t even remove people from the United States when they have been arrested eleven or more times.

“The girl’s mother became so upset after hearing the allegations that she struck Moran-Cuellar.”

In today’s America this mother will be charged with assult and, as a result, not only will she do time but Cuellar will get a slap on the wrist and a hefty sum of money.

I agree but we should mete out some justice that fits the crime as a parting gift. In this case, the loss of a certain appendage would suffice. I’ll bet once word gets around you won’t hear about these things happening too often.

unreported, of course, are the dozens, perhaps hundreds of cases of child abuse perpetrated by American citizens with good jobs who drive respectable cars; by teachers, CPS agents, Juvenile “Justice” employees, parents, sibling, police, perhaps still, even clergy.

Just asking what is your reaction to this.RIO DE JANEIRO — Census figures from 2010 show that nearly 43,000 children under 14 years of age are living with a partner in Brazil in defiance of laws forbidding these unions.

Brazil’s penal code prohibits marriage with children under 14 and defines sex with them as statutory rape.

Helen Sanches is president of the Brazilian Association of Judges, Prosecutors and Public Defenders in Juvenile Court. She was quoted by the Estado de Sao Paulo newspaper Tuesday as saying that it’s not uncommon for families to ask the court for permission to marry off a daughter younger than 14. She says many are unaware that it is against the law.

The states in which these unions are most common have the country’s lowest per-capita income

“Every illegal immigrant needs to be deported. “

We have to catch them first. We should’ve caught them when they busted the border and we should’ve deported them on the spot. We didn’t so the next time we catch them they have to go. It’s like Al Capone. We couldn’t get him on the real stuff but we did get him in the end on tax evasion.

The other thing is that there are many illegals who came in with legit temporary visas but they overstayed.

“Deport 55,000 illegal aliens with multiple arrest records”

Now if we have one and he’s sentenced for life with no parole, I don’t think he should be deported. We got him for good and if he was deported, he’d just sneak back in and do more damage.
