From some FR thread:
Wheeler was suing to block Frank and Regina Marini of Hockessin from continuing to build a new house across the street from his duplex. Wheeler argued that the Marini house did not comply with construction standards for new homes in the historic district. A Delaware Chancery Court judge denied Wheelers application for a temporary restraining order on Dec. 13.
Here’s another thread with the mob angle. Marini was “like a son” to a Mr. Saeinni (sp) who had built up numerous companies. One of which was the garbage company where the body was found.
When I first read about Wheeler’s death, my thoughts turned immediately to a government coverup. As I read further over a period of days about the conflict with the neighbor, and the weird things like smokebombs (or insect fumigants) being set off on the house construction site, I was very suspect of the neighbor who had high level ‘organized crime’ connections.
Nothing has changed my mind since.
