Fox News presenter Bill O'Reilly has claimed that he has more power than anyone but Barack Obama.
The news anchor made the extraordinary declaration while promoting his new book about the Lincoln assasination.
He told Newsweek interviewer Peter Boyer: 'I have more power than anybody other than the president, in the sense that I can get things changed, quickly.'

How has BOR managed to write a book on Lincoln’s assassination? What does he know about it? BOR is one of the most ininformed arrogant guys I’ve ever seen. I don’t think he has ever read more than a Cliff’s Notes version of anything. And why would we need a new book on Lincoln’s assassination anyway?
Hmm, if only he had said “I have more arrogance than anybody except the President” he would have been correct.

I’d enjoy seeing a list of the things he thinks he’s changed.
If you notice, there is another author’s name on the book as well as BO. My suspicion is that the other author actually wrote the book, but because he has no name recognition, BO agreed to put his name on it and hawk it on his show as his own to increase sales for this other person. Probably some friend of his is my guess. And BO gets a substantial cut of the profits for doing this.

Bill O’Reilly appearance at Kentucky Center canceled
LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) — Bill O’Reilly will not be coming to Louisville next weekend. The Kentucky Center has canceled the talk show host’s upcoming appearance originally scheduled for Saturday, October 1st.
A center representative said “sluggish” ticket sales are to blame, but a spokesman for a public relations firm that represents the talk show host says the cancellation was due to a scheduling conflict.
Staff members from the ticket center’s box office will call those who have already purchased tickets to arrange refunds.

I stopped watching this loud mouth years ago. His boot-licking of Obama just made certain I’d never go back to viewing his show.

Does anyone recall that on Rush’s Tuesday show, Rush was applauding BO’Re for calling out the class warfare tactic of the pResident and his Buffet tax. Rush, in his first segment of the show (I think) called O’Reilly the most powerful man in America outside of the Commander in Chief.
I remember hearing it and thinking, ‘Naw, Rush, you really don’t believe that, do you?’
