No way Illinois comes in at only number 3. Our crooks are way more motivated to steal everything that isn’t nailed down than those hippies out in CA. I have faith that Gov. Quin, can make Illinois a cesspool of unparalleled taxation and graft. He is now close to driving out the last employers in the state. And out debts are so high that even the Greeks call us irresponsible.

The North Border includes Flee Party Checkpoints for Wisconsin legisaltors who are too chicken sh!t to do their jobs.
The East Border is a checkpoint for factory owners and workers fleeing to Indiana to avoid confiscatory taxes.
If Illinois was given an enema, it would be difficult to determine where to stick the nozzle.
This is the same state that gave Motorola $117M to fire people claiming the money was needed to save other Motorola jobs. The state takes in $1 for every $2 spent.
