I’m a Santorum guy and I have been increasingly upset that he wastes the little time he has on stage with hitting Perry instead of getting his views out. A total mismanagement of valuable time.

I wonder if you can trust the site called On the Issues

Here is how they rate Romney overall:

Mitt Romney is a Populist-Leaning Conservative

And here is how the same site rates Rick Perry:

Rick Perry is a Hard-Core Conservative

that’s probably close to where he stands on the issues NOW, but what about where he stood on the issues while he was governor prior to running for president?

Anyone can pretend.

This just makes me ill!

Part of the reason I am leaning Perry is because if the other candidates really gave a chit about ALL the issues, as they claim...they would take down Romney before Perry.

With Romney safely out of the race, or neutralized— THEN they could shine against Perry.

Their going after Perry before Romney hints to me that they are establishment Republicans. Party line first, then the issues.

it just means Mitt looks good, sounds good, does not have any particular scandal plaguing him at the moment, and the average voter has not thought too deeply about this yet.

Big media push for Romney recently

Yup, Romney is low hanging fruit .... easily picked off in a debate against Obama ... especially with the help of the media.

Romney IS Obama-lite .... and the WH will exhale should he be nominated.

So are Freepers and some conservatives. It’s not only the media trying to take him out. I would like to volunteer my thanks to those people. You are doing an excellent job of selling ROMNEY as our candidate. Be proud of yourselves.

“I’m a Santorum guy and I have been increasingly upset that he wastes the little time he has on stage with hitting Perry instead of getting his views out. A total mismanagement of valuable time.”

yup. And there will be less time and more confusion now that Gary Johnson will be in the debates.

I think the pay to play cabal that runs both parties put Perry up thinking they could sneak him in as it becomes clear that their current puppet , Obama , can’t win.

Pay to Play Cabal? Do they meet on Wednesday nights and how is the food in the Pay to Play Cabal?
