Andrew Breitbart appeared on the Hugh Hewitt Show to discuss the Big Government investigative report on the Joe McGinniss Sarah Palin book. Breitbart promises more stories are about to break on this including an interview with the prostitute who McGinniss used as a source for the book. Video at link:

Hate do disapoint y’all, but it’s just about impossible to win a slander lawsuit. You have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it isn’t true, the author knew it wasn’t true (how do you prove what someone beleived?), and as motivated by malice. That’s a tall order. Remember Kitty Kelly alleging Nancy Reagan was having affairs?

I don’t think Breitbart will have to dig too deep to thoroughly discredit and destroy McFaggot. This book he crafted after an afternoon under the influence of Peyote and bottom shelf blended scotch is unraveling by the minute. I hope this so call writer tries to refute Breitbart so he can keep pounding him into oblivion.
Even if she doesn’t sue McGinnis and Random House, just showing everyone what complete and utter liars they all are is good enough for me. Exposing them is just as good as winning any lawsuit against them

Looks like Palin’s blind trust may end up in the publishing business. Hope she keeps this in mind when she appoints a trustee next year. :)
