This is actually a Palin grade smear on the part of the Left, however the over reach hurts the Left among all voters but the Left. Perry is no debater but he needs the Hispanic vote in the general. Too bad FOX and the Florida audience and the Luntz focus group and the media and the RINOS and many, many FReepers don’t realize that. In a tight election the Hispanics can make the difference between getting Obama again, or our nominee. Rick played the long game in my opinion on educating immigrants. He is the proven winner with a record on JOBS.
All I know is I want a leader, not a debater. On that stage tonight I saw two leaders, Rick Perry and Herman Cain. I suspect when the dust settles Rick will still be the frontrunner by about the same margin he enjoyed before the debate.
