Please stop repeating what the stablishment & media tell you.

Study up on history and you’ll realize that the media and establishment and liberals said the SAME EXACT WORDS about Reagan. It’s a liberal tactic they’ve used for YEARS and the only reason they keep using it is because Conservatives keep falling for it.

Perry’s fatal flaw, illegal immigration, is shared by Christie. He is not an alternative.

Don’t worry, the bluebloods still have plenty of time to put Christie, or Jeb, or somebody else up to it before filing deadlines.

Why? They already have Romney running.

I predict at least two big names more jump in before the November filing deadlines.

I'm pretty concerned that Perry hasn't done better in these question and answer settings, but he has time to improve. However, close elections can be decided in how the nominees of the two parties do in Oct. before the election and Perry has not shown himself ready for that yet.

Well it's better to vote against the Killer of the USA isn't it? I think we are past picky by now. We are desperate and in a time of peril we must vote for the Republican that we are stuck with to save our nation.

Christie has his own problems doesn’t he?

Not if you want to build a mosque at Ground Zero.

Too late. Perry’s exposed himself. Would have happened sooner or later anyway, better for the GOP that it was sooner.

Talk about your RINO’s, Christie is the biggest.

The base will really go bat-$hit crazy when they learn about his stance on the 2nd amendment. It will generate an even larger negative reaction than Perry on immigration.

But Chris will get a lot of face time on Morning Joe, and Mika and Joe will get all twitterpated.

I seriously hope not. Romney is “it’s my turn” Dole III.

I will not vote if he is the nominee. I’ll be busy putting the finishing touches on my bunker.

One thing Palin has is impeccable timing. She always drops in for a precision strike at just the right moment.

It looks like the current declared candidates have about killed themselves all off, and there is room for a fresh face that is not either unelectable or RINO.

Palin has a rendezvous with destiny and the Tea Party will make sure she arrives to her destination!

The only rendezvous Palin has is with Roger Ailes to negotiate a multimillion dollar contract extension at Fox News.

Saying that, if there was ever an opening for her to get in the race, Perry provided it for her last night. Man, he was bad.

quote “Stop worrying. There’s plenty more candidates besides the nine still in there”

lol

keep dreaming! the latest news is that 4 or 5 states might have to jump over Florida and do their primaries in early DECEMBER (2 months from now)

No one else is getting in. It’s either Perry or Romney and Romney can’t win much beyond the 7 states McCain won in 2000 against Bush

Romney will win:
new hampshire
michigan
arizona
vermont
maryland
connecticut
rhode island

and Perry most everything else, just like Bush against McCain.

That was exactly the plan, to help the big government guy, Romney, get back in t he lead, he is after all the candidate that the media wants to see Obama run against .

The reason is that there is not a dimes worth of difference between Romney and Obama, except one is red and the other blue. They are both all talk and no substance guys, two men who believe that they are God’s gift to the country and that together with all the power of the federal government behind them they can solve the problems that are facing the country.

Oh, there is one difference, Romney only says what he thinks the audience wants him to say and Obama thinks that his proclamations will persuade voters.

...the comment made to me this morning by an uber liberal, who supported obama head and shoulders, was, “whoever the next president is, he’ll have to take up deficit reduction, and it looks like Romney”...

I feel your pain. I'm in rahm emanuel territory and here similar comments. Typically they say "Romney wouldn't be so bad".

because she quit in the middle of her term as governor...

i love Palin- she’s the only reason I gave $$$ support to the McCain campaign in ‘08- he still sends me emails and i return them with “lol”...

but the fact is her resignation from the governorship will kill her bid nationally- despite whatever reasoning she had for leaving...had she stuck around and pulled a McDonnell (Va) or Walker (WI) her candidacy may have been unbeatable...

“What filing deadline are you talking about? New Hampshire?”

I wasn’t talking about any specific state deadlines for filing. My understanding (from other posts) is that November 1 is that last day to file to run for certain states’ primary election. Have they moved the dates back since Reagan announced he was running in November of 1979? Are you familiar with the exact filing deadline dates for the various states?

Just do a keyword search on “Perry”. FR is doing it’s best to carry out the MSM’s narrative on Perry.
