Now, Democrats Want Solyndra Backers to Testify

Now the Democrats are asking for testimony from two private equity firms: Argonaut, which represents the interests of George Kaiser, a billionaire oilman who was a fund-raising “bundler” for the Obama presidential campaign, and Madrone, which invests money for the Walton family, heirs to the Wal-Mart fortune and prominent Republican donors.
Those two firms, as investors in Solyndra, stepped forward in February with others to provide additional money to the company after the Energy Department loans. Under that deal, they get priority in repayment in the event that Solyndra is liquidated. The Energy Department acquiesced to that, but even some Democrats have expressed doubts about whether that was a good idea.
The Republicans have not said publicly how they will respond to the Democrats’ request for testimony from Argonaut or Madrone, but they have asked for copies of communications between the investment firms and the government.

Me thinks that we need to pass a new law that informs those that get money from Congress wave their rights about pleading the 5th when answering questions about what happen to that money.
When a bank gives someone a loan the bank is entitled to know what you did with the money. Try pleading the 5th with your bank as to why you are not paying your mortgage or your car loan.
Or it might be part of that Hillary campaign. (My bet.)
My thoughts too. I’m just waiting for Trump to fire up about a few things. Her ties to Walmart are probably pretty deep.

The scumbag Democrats view Ubama as dead in the water. A lame duck. They see as their only hope of keeping the White House a replacement candidate. They think the only rat with the gonads and the money sources to go for it is Hillary! and they may be starting to make their move.
I predict Ubama will make a pre-emptive move - - if he hasn’t already - - and ask Hillary! to replace Biden as his running mate.
Yeah, something is afoot alright, and the only way the rats are communicating with each other about dumping Ubama is by passing notes in bathrooms with a radio blaring.
Lehman Brothers was heavily invested in Wind and Solar and was one of the reasons why it went under.
So why should a Walmart family bungler not be suspect for fraud as well as any other. Walmart is far from being non-political.
