I just looked on Drudge - apparently, there wasn’t a straw poll in Florida :)

You are making the FED look like some sort of cult or secret society... no doubt there is a LOT of bad in it... but you cannot assume that there were no GOOD people in it trying to change it for the better.

Also, I would probably have to concede that Cain was well aware of what was going on with the community reinvestment act, and what was going on with Fannymay/freddiemac... and he may have even known about many things the FED WAS doing that was bad for the economy.

That DOES NOT MEAN he supported it... or what it was doing.
How do you know he was not part of the internal struggle to change or prevent bad policy??? What would you expect him to have done, having known about details at the highest levels but unable to change them? Was he suppose to blow a whistle on someone for something he couldn’t substantiate? was he supposed to publicly criticize the FED while he was employed by it? or was he just supposed to quit?

Let’s say your a teacher... and a damn good one at that...
and lets say you had an opportunity to work in a public school where you can impact the most students possible.
So you take the job, well aware that your conservative beliefs and principles will get you in trouble... and sure enough, first thing they do is force you into a teachers union... but you see the opportunity to change lives, so you keep going in an effort to change it from the inside for the better.

Is it then fair for someone to call you a liberal who supports union labor because you worked in the public schools?

Again.... Show me... don’t just accuse based upon place of service.

And apparently, according to FOX, 37 to 15 is “edging out” your opponent, and the formerly portentous straw poll is now just an unimportant popularity contest.

Just WOW

IMO you’ve gone down the “I don’t wanna see it” rabbit hole already. I just showed you him pumping the bubble at its peak. I trust you can verify for yourself that he supported the bailouts. If you can’t add these together and figure out that this is no man of the people, I’m not sure what else to say.

>>> IMO you’ve gone down the “I don’t wanna see it” rabbit hole already.

No... I have not. I am sick and tired of getting burned by politicians (and propagandists) who have learned that people will believe anything you tell them if you say it often enough.

>>> I trust you can verify for yourself

Yes... I can verify for myself... and so far, your claims are not matching up with your evidence.
I do know this... if Cain had supported the bailouts in any way shape or form, the MSM would have been ALL OVER IT!!!
and so far, all they can come up with is a little known tricky catch phrase called “right of return”.

>>> If you can’t add these together and figure out that this is no man of the people, I’m not sure what else to say.

I’m not asking you to say anything.
I’m asking you to show me WHAT HERMAN CAIN has said or done that is inconsistent with his message.

>>> I just showed you him pumping the bubble at its peak.

Would you like to be more specific about this one?

How did Cain “pump the bubble”???

Did he join the picketers that were forcing banks to make bad loans???

Was he defending Fannymay/Freddie mac in any way? or Dodd/Frank???

When you pump something, you are feeding it... contributing to it... supporting it.

The only substance you have offered so far is an article where Cain slams the media... and rightly so.
His point was not about easing tension over housing prices, it was about the media using fear to create panic and therefore less confidence in the economy.

If anything, he was pumping confidence.
He could not have been pumping the bubble unless he was directly contributing to the bailout problem... which was bad loans.

You may be right, but 80% of listeners - even libtards & blacks - would know they are lying.

Cain is the one for me: Straight shooter with solutions that can out-debate almost anyone; true blue conservative & Christian; proven executive with turn-around expertise; brilliant, articulate, counters with between-the-eyes strikes, and he’d get at least 40% of the black vote. Lastly he disarms the liberal claims that to oppose Obama is racist.

He’d clobber Obama in any debates because O would have his TOTUS.

So the ONLY issue the American people should care about according to you is "the right of return"?

This comment of yours is too stupid for words.

It is no wonder that you are unable to discern Herman Cain's public policy ignorance.
