Our army of bureaucrats is used to destroy the enemy within our borders which happens to be you and I.

Army, Marines could cut 150K troops

Republican’s should propose CUTTING 460,000 EPA jobs and then claim the total cost avoidance as a budget cut!

Now THAT’s a “Jobs Plan”!!!

230,000 proposed positions (nobody gets hurt)
230,000 existing positions, occupied by job killers.

$42 Billion in immediate savings.
$400 Billion added to the economy by jobs not killed.
$40 Billion in associated new Federal Income tax revenue, from jobs not killed.

Every regulation out of the EPA (and all fed gov’t agencies), if it has the force of law, meaning that violators could be penalized in loss of life, liberty, or property,

should be required to go through the only constitutional legislative body, the US Congress, passed by both houses, and signed by the president.

Congress should also require a personal liberty and economic impact study to accompany each request for new regulation.

Yes, this would choke off the regulators, and that’s the point.

Heard someone cheering about this saying, "this is how a government creates jobs!"

I tried to point out that these were jobs that made the business less productive and added nothing to the bottom line. I don't think what that actually meant quite got through.

NWO. Our government under Obama, and previous administrations has been focused on the United Nations agenda for the 21st Century aka; Agenda 21.

All these rules from the EPA are for UN priorities, NOT for us. NOT for the good of our people, but for their agenda.

“H” Obamacare IMO is also for United Nations Agenda 21 to ultimately control the Earths population.

EPA's total workforce at present is under 18,000.

It's simply not feasible for them to hire on 250,000 more employees.

They are too stupid and have few people skills. I can just imagine their face to face interviews ~ they'd be levying fines on applicants for farting out of turn.

Let me assure you that your proposal wouldn't work at all. 100% of all the penalties referenced in a regulation are backed up by statutes passed by Congress and signed by the President.

Regulators would not be choked off.

"the number of businesses forced into this regulatory regime would grow tremendously -- from approximately 14,000 now to as many as 6.1 million."

In fact, that is the only way EPA can comply with the Clean Air Act. Applying greenhouse gas regulations to only 14,000 large producers is illegal. The act specifically says 100 to 250 tons has to be regulated. The EPA arbitrarily changed that to 100,000 tons mainly so they would be targeting Texas and people like the Koch brothers. It might as well be called the Koch rule, blatantly illegal as well as unconstitutional.

I didn’t read the rest of the article, but I bet that it didn’t mention that the environmental nazis use these permit filings as an excuse to sue small companies for paper work violations more often than for actual violations, then settle out of court.

WA state is a prime example of this. They can’t use the federal clean water act to regulate ditches or other non-navigable water, so the environmental groups go after then for improperly filing the regulatory reports. They focus on small businesses that do not have the on staff lawyers to fight them and then settle out of court, pocketing the money.
