Ours went up 44%. When I tried to cost out new coverage for my company, I couldn't find any, because based on the NEW rules, the company was not compliant with the law, therefore we had to stay with the old plan (grandfathered)
New rule says that 70% of your eligible employees must be on YOUR plan; no matther that they might have a better plan with a spouse.

Kathleen Sebelius has been cranking out 2 or 3 unfunded mandates a week. Why wouldn’t it go up?
The good part is we can’t lose. If SCOTUS upholds it, it will be a firestorm part of the 2012 election. If SCOTUS dumps it, it will be a firestorm part of the 2012 election. LOL!
I think it could be as simple as:
- A house and senate that will repeal it in toto and a president that will sign the repeal.
- A president that will revoke all the EOs relevant to Obamacare.
