Don’t discount the payload that a large model airplane can carry. I have attended model airplane shows and have seen fly quite a number that could carry a 20 pound payload or more. It is no big deal to carry a tiny TV transmitter to give the “pilot” a bird’s eye view. And if you think the propeller models aren’t fast, you should see the little jets that can fly hundreds of miles per hour. Sweet! Technology has evolved to where any competent R/C hobbyist with a few thousand dollars could build a poor man’s cruise missile in his garage. Really, the only thing he lacks is a domestic source of C4, but our porous borders should not pose a problem. Right?

Yeah...I used to watch the flyers at Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley, CA. I’ve seen very large model airplanes in videos (B-29s) flying around (youtube)... I guess anythings possible... but the Pentagon is a very BIG building... and the plane would still have to be within frequency range.

Sounds more like talk and imagination than ability to carry it out.
