She had ONE, and had documentation that the employee provided documents, solid physical proof, problem was, the documents were forged (not by her) and she did not know -
she did nothing wrong. This could happen to anyone. Were she to refuse to hire that woman because she suspected anything, she’d be guilty of discrimination.
