I swear, for all of the “factual based conservatives” there are a ton of people running around on emotion here.
Misplaced emotion, class warfare and a belief that alleged promiscuity is deserving of being railroaded into a decades long prison term.
He did, so lets see how that plays out.

Org...you really need to see how badly they treated the evidence...from the beginning...tossing it around as if umimportant....as well when they went back 16 weeks later and how they treated it then....it’s truly a major fail on the part of the ivestigators and police...shameful in fact.

check out post 87 Buccaneer...and see how they “abused” the crime scene and didn’t even collect the victims clothes until weeks later... major evidence was dismissed entirely....it’s dispicable what the police and investagators did....

$/ear may have posted this link previously? Anyway - lots of good information on the whole thing at this site. Well done, lots of information regarding specifics, statements, the trial, etc. The link is just one small part of the site, and discusses in detail the bra clasp. Shows photos of it a day or so after the murder, and then them retreiving it 47 days later in a room that was severly messed up since its original state.
BTW - Merideth shared the apartment with Knox and others, but she had her own room.

Yes, I thought it was a good site as well. Other’s would do well visiting it to get a handle on what actually went down IMO. They did a good job bringing things together there.
There are also some good articles ‘online’ about the Prosecuter.....wow! The guy is as tainted as the evidence was and explains much of his outbursts and choice of words throughout the trial.

Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito could not have had anything to do with the murder of Meredith Kercher.
Moreover, one reason that they were falsely convicted was that every rule of good investigation was violated.
I spent years of my life working on cases in the federal courts, from simple murder to mass shootings to weapons of mass destruction..... In the U.S., the totality of the evidence and the hunches of the investigators in this matter would not have been sufficient to get a search warrant, much less take somebody to trial.
The case is completely flawed in every way. The physical evidence against Amanda and Raffaele is wrong, contrived, misinterpreted, and (to put it kindly) misstated..... The other “evidence” is made up of (embarrassingly naïve) hunches and bias.
The “DNA” evidence is particularly inaccurate. The alleged motive and modus operandi of Knox/Sollecito is so tortured (and constantly-changing) that it defies belief.
