Sounds like Hank Williams Jr. is ready for some apologizing. Wait, make that a lot of apologizing.
The clearly chastened country singer has offered yet another mea culpa, after a comment he made comparing Pres. Barack Obama to Adolf Hitler prompted ESPN to pull his intro from "Monday Night Football."

In the apology, published on the singer's web site, Williams admitted that his comment was "dumb," adding, "Sorry if it offended anyone."

Hanks FIRST mistake was APOLOGIZING to these liberal Politically Correct pieces of horsecrap!
Get the frig OVER IT! He did NOT call OBAMMY “Hitler!”
Obammy is far more akin to Mussolini than Hitler anyway!
Your right. To compare Obama to Hitler is an insult to Hitler. Hitler did not need a prompter, nor did he go around begging people to pass his bill, or bow to leaders of other countries.
Hitler was a very evil man. But Obama is no Hitler.
C’mon, Hank. Don’t apologize to these a-holes for exercising your right to free speech. My God! Spit in their eye!
Right now the NFL is deep into supporting Susan G. Komen fund collection, a great deal of which goes to fund the every-day, premeditated torture and mutilation deaths of thousands of unborn and newly born babies in our country. No need to apologize!
You and Rush are two great examples of the lefty asshats ruining another previously good industry: NFL.
Y’should’s just let us handle it, Hank ... WE’D’a got it straightened out without you watering yourself down.
Yesterday I did I LIKE on his multiple Fakebook statements (LIKES outnumbered DISLIKES by 2,3 to 1 there.) It looks like I’m going to have to NO LIKE today.
Sounds like Ted Negent needs to have a long talk with Hank about appeasing leftists. Then they need to go kill an animal for food!
It was not a comparison of OBama, but a contrasting analogy between Hitler and Netanyahu.
Ole Hank made his first mistake. Apologizing.
I’m glad he said it on Fox News after Ailes said Fox was on a course change.
If I were Hank (and I’m not, if you haven’t noticed), I would apologize, yes siree, and explain that I really meant not Hitler, but Idi Amin.
It is a mistake to EVER apologize to the professionally malcontent. Do NOT feed the rats! You just get more rats, and STILL get a dirty bite!
Well, Hank likes his job and figures it is worth groveling for, can’t say I blame him, lots of good money for just singing a song. Still, it would have been fun if he told espn to eff off, in fact, I would pay at least 5 bucks to see that, and I will bet thousands, maybe millions, of others would too. Hank, think about it next time, we will get a collection for you and you won’t miss out on any booty.
F888. DONT APOLOGIZE. The country is divided enough with the low polling for Klownie the Kenyan. Sheesh dude...grow a spine.
If I said that on TV, I would even beg Rush Limbaugh to get me on his show and I’ll recite the same phrase with music in the background..
The apology is unfortunate—say what you mean and mean what you say. You can’t un-ring a bell. Apologizing does nothing other than make Hank Jr. appear wishy-washy. I don’t think he is. I suspect his agent probably explained how much of his earnings are at stake.
"Never apologize. It's a sign of weakness." - Captain Nathan Brittles
I hope Hank learned his lesson. NEVER apologize for anything you say or do to a liberal. Why?
Because they don’t apologize for ANYTHING too. And they are never wrong regardless. They really stink.
Is there anybody, anywhere, on any platform, from our side that will REFUSE to apologize?? It’s sickening.
Hank...go back to ‘catchin’ these fish like they’re goin’ out of style’ and ‘drinkin’ this homemade wine’
