I remember similar discussion. The comments I remember came down to questions about why these weapons did not have tracking devices at all. These weapons did not have any tracking devices. This told me that the purpose was not to track them, but to dump them into the drug underground so that it would create as much havoc as possible.
It is time we initiate the impeachment process now!

I do remember Hannity and Issa talking as though there were no tracking devices. Hannity was saying if the government really wanted to keep up with the guns, they'd have installed a device to track them. Rep. Issa said they could have used a device they could have activated anytime they wanted to find the guns. I'd say, with only two guns having devices, and those failed, there was no reason to even count them as having been setup for tracking. There was no sign of a good faith effort to track the guns.
