A Wisconsin judge has decided in a fight over families' access to milk from cows they own that Americans "do not have a fundamental right to consume the milk from their own cow."
The ruling comes from Circuit Court Judge Patrick J. Fiedler in a court fight involving a number of families who owned their own cows, but boarded them on a single farm.
The judge said that's a "dairy farm" and is subject to the rules and regulations of the state of Wisconsin.
"It's always a surprise when a judge says you don't have the fundamental right to consume the foods of your choice," said Pete Kennedy, president of the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund, which worked on the case on behalf of the farmers and the owners of the milk-producing cows.

Three:
If it’s not forbidden, it’s required...
Good word.
The best word to describe the actions of leftists is
“arrogate”
This is how the Ukrainian “famine” started.
I have no doubt they’d love to repeat that here.
Bill Ayers even said that 10% of the population would have to be eliminated because they wouldn’t accept the communist society. He’s kind of a piker, Stalin was willing to go with 25% of the world’s population being purged in order that the remainder lived under the communist utopia.
Very TRUE.And The Declaration of Independence ,like the Mayflower Compact, and the Articles of Confederation , and the Northwest Ordinance are listed as Organic Law/ Fundamental Law unless I am mistaken. And it seems Jefferson -for whatever reason changed the fundamental Rights of Life, Liberty , and Property to read Life ,Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
Which has been sadly abused by the Pagans.
I am making this particular judge a personal hobby of mine. I will really expend a lot of effort to see him removed from office.
I am still looking for the sermon Jefferson borrowed that
Tree of Liberty ...and blood of Patriots and Tyrants from.
I read it once some years ago -and am looking for it again.
He’s up in 2017. Let us not forget.
Please share it when you locate it, okay?
Thank you, in advance.
This precaution saves me a lot of embarrassment. I have to work a little harder to sound stupid.
“down by the Green River ,where Paradise lay.— I’m sorry my son, but you’re too late in askin- Ol’Peabodys’ Coal train done hauled it away.”
The Judge is correct to the point that those who live in the United States have no rights. They have given them to the Government under the guise of being made to feel “secure”, “safety nets”, and convience. “Americans” have not given up any of their God given rights, but as the election of 2008 proved, there are more parasites than Americans.
The parasites are about to reap the fruit from the seeds they so gleefully sowed November 4, 2008. Unfortunately, the rest or us will also.
Thanks for the ping!
actually took this seriously until I saw it was from WND.
Amen.
Probably a moderately worthy task.
Along with hundreds of other such judges.
Sigh.
LUB BRO.
BTW,
as with abortionists and clinics . . .
I’m 100% convinced that the MOST POWERFUL such efforts are
group prayer and fasting . . . NOT necessarily in the same room at the same time . . . but a cluster of individuals PREFERABLY ACROSS DENOMINATIONAL LINES—earnestly praying and fasting for a righteous cause.
Ah, Nothing better than farm fresh milk!
I've been looking for this picture for thirty five years! Finally found it!
yep that’s right
