Exactly. I can’t get Rush on the radio up here, but when I listened to him, he never did that.

I can just as easily read this poorly written and fact less article as whiner women was nailed for driving down the shoulder to dodge a traffic jam and Mr Cop nailed her for it.

She copped an attitude, became belligerent so he busted her.

She then got even more belligerent when she heard Limbaugh on the radio and became hyperventilated so he took her to the hospital where they found she was not ill so he took her to jail.

When the magistrate talked to her all he heard was “LIMBAUGH”, “BLACK”, “RACIST”, “LAWSUIT”, facts that were clearly indisputable so he let her go.

Actually reading the article you find that she was driving on the shoulder (which isn't legal, especially in a car laying down a smoke screen for all the other cars on the highway).

If I was on a highway and the car was still mobile, I'd be trying to make it to the nearest exit. I'd drive on a flat tire until the tire was shredded and the wheel was being grinded down.

It's not safe to stop on the shoulder, and should be avoided unless the car is completely disabled. In some of the metro areas, drivers are explicitly instructed to get completely off the roadway if possible.

It certainly is not funny, and anyone who laughs at it ought to be thrown into a small, cold cell with a big dude named Bubba. let's see the information from a leftist newspaper (sorry, that was redundant). With quotes from a racist. And we have only one side of the story.

So, I don't have enough information to have an opinion. For example, the woman says her car was having problems - other than her word, there is no evidence this is true. Later in the article she proves she is a liar, but making ridiculous and false statements about Rush's show. So, why should I believe other statements made by this racist?

That's a good idea but a number of stations across the country don't carry the program live. Her 'exposure' could have been from a taped program. Still...easy enough to make inquiries IF one knows the station doing the broadcast.

I think the FCC requires broadcast outlets to compile logs of all of their broadcast activity. Easy to look up at each local station.

Heck, I would bet big money that the entire transcript of the show for that date would show nothing remotely racist was in Rush's show content and would easily disprove the charge. But I would be very interested in specific time periods to prove this lady is full of it.

The charges can be dismissed because the prosecutor agreed with the judge not to pursue it. Doesn’t mean her rights violated in anyway, or all this other stuff she claiming .
