Congressman: Holder must resign over ‘Fast and Furious’
The Daily Caller ^ | 10/06/2011 | Matthew Boyle

Rep. Raul Labrador, an Idaho Republican, called on Attorney General Eric Holder to resign Thursday, after “Operation Fast and Furious” documents surfaced showing he knew about the scandal and its intricate details.

“I first learned about Fast and Furious early this year from several of my constituents,” Labrador said in a release. “I then asked Chairman Issa to hold hearings on the topic. As I attended the hearings and reviewed the evidence, I was careful to not jump to any conclusions about the extent of Mr. Holder’s involvement. However, the recently published documents that directly link Mr. Holder to Fast and Furious have convinced me that he is either lying or grossly incompetent.”

Simply having Holder resign is a worst-case scenario. He’ll be replaced with another stooge that the Senate will rubber stamp. There needs to be a special counsel appointed here and some folks need to go to jail.

They need formal charges of perjury.

I can think of a few more, including accessory to homicide, accessory to homicide involving a Federal Agent, and multiple violations of multiple Arms Control treaties.

What they really need to do is find out what the original intentions were of FF as well. Because it truly seems to me, it was an operation specifically directed to undermine the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution.

If that was the case, not only were there felonies committed as mentioned above, but under the color of law, HIGH TREASON.

Last paragraph from Pajamas Media today:

“Between possible charges of accessory to murder, violations of international terrorism laws, felony violations of arms export laws, and possible treason, Franklin’s advice to hang together to avoid hanging separately is far more literal than anyone would have ever dreamed just a week ago.”

I have been trying to think of what talking points they could use.

Eric Holder committed perjury? No, he just didn't understand the question that was asked.

A border guard was killed? Unfortunate result of a well-intentioned plan. Contrast that with the millions of people killed by George W. Bush in Iraq, Afghanistan, and New Orleans, and his responsibility for the deaths of Abraham Lincoln, John F. Kennedy, Che Guevara, Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, and Steve Jobs.

American politicians who are occasionally called leaders seldom have the honor or self respect to resign, unless they get caught red handed sending pics of themselves parading around in their stinking underwear to some skank, while the country circles the drain.

It's beyond disgusting, knowing most of Congress, the White House and all levels of government have nearly left America, our economy, our sovereignty and our confidence, dead on the floor.

Will any of these people resign? Hell no, they're running for reelection.

It seems like a 25 to life “Tour of Duty” in Ft. Leavenworth would be a suitable vacation for Mr. Holder.

Resign my ass. He and his boss need to go to jail for murder, or the very least manslaughter

Better yet, put Holder in a uniform with a badge and send him to Juarez.

Oh sure, send in Obama’s FBI to investigate. They’ll get right on the case.
